This condo is a dune away from the water and HAS BEEN TOTALLY REMODELED. You can still enjoy Mai Tai's at sunrise while listening to the waves roll in! There is a private boardwalk which takes you over the dune and right to the beach. Newly updated remodel after Harvey. 2ND LARGEST FLOOR PLAN IN THE COMPLEX so plenty of room. If you need to watch TV while at the beach, 3 HD TV's, DVD players, high speed internet. Tile throughout! Ceiling fans! One of the most unique condos at Coral Cay. This condo you will remember!

I cannot describe it any better other than we have decorated this condo to try to give you the feel of “Fun Fun Fun” at the Beach!

Located in Port Aransas on Mustang Island off Highway 361. PORT A is famous for deep sea fishing. There are fishing tournaments galore. Visitors can buy shrimp right off the boats or catch their own fish and have them cleaned and cooked at local Seafood Restaurants. Everything is conveniently located within a minute or two from the condo.

We love the beaches, restaurants, lots of shopping with the small wharf fishing town atmosphere. All within close proximity to the condo.
Nature tourism is at its best on Mustang Island, which has one of the highest bird counts on the Gulf Coast. You can download birding brochures for the Port Aransas area by going to Port Aransas Chamber of Commerce web site and go to things to do!
Just 30 minutes to Corpus Christi takes you to Waves Water Park, Corpus Christi Hooks (minor league baseball), The Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington (The most famous U.S. aircraft carrier).

Great location!
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised. Just a few steps from the condo and we were on the beach! I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Port Aransas.

Perfect beach getaway for the family
We loved our stay! It’s the perfect location. You are literal minutes away from the beach. The amenities were everything you would need. Very thoughtfully organized and decorated. Perfect place for a family to stay with small kids. Definitely would come back. We had a mishap with one of our kids and both the hosts and the property managers resolved it really quickly and easily.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The interior was in great condition and kitchen and bathrooms recently renovated. Beautifully decorated. Short walk to beach on the new (and lighted) boardwalk.

The condo was beautiful, clean and very spacious. The location was perfect! It is located right next to the boardwalk and is a short walk to the beach. Todd and Nancy were quick with their responses and were great to work with. This was one of our favorite places to stay and we will definitely be back! You will not be disappointed staying here!

Beautiful Condo
We love the Coral Caye & have stayed in various condos throughout the years. Condo 136 is beautiful & up to date - great beds & large space. Great location on 11th St., just down from the beach access road if you want to drive to beach. Will definitely plan on staying here again!

Great place to rent with small children
Being close to the beach made nap time really easy. We were able to go play at the beach twice a day and also enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. There were also sand toys available for my daughter to play with at the condo.

Perfect port a place to stay
Our family had a wonderful stay at this location to celebrate an 80th birthday. Our patriarch has copd and emphysema which prevents him from walking very far or doing stairs. This location was perfect for our scenario. Very close parking and close to the beach. It was super clean and had everything we needed for the week we were there. The two fold out couches were comfortable enough for our kids and the other beds were great for the adults.

Stayed with our 2 teens as a last summer get away before school started. The place was perfect for us: quiet, clean, roomy, & more amenities than we had in stays at other condos in different locations. I brought things I thought we would need and they were covered. Had 1 minor problem & it was fixed immediately. Would love to rent for another family get away!

Location was clean, updated and aligned to the listing as far as proximity to beach (literally a 2 min walk over a boardwalk from condo over dune to ocean). Property mgt/owner provided helpful info on places to go & eat. Would definitely recommend. Only request, which is same for most VRBO / condos, is larger / normal size trash vs a small one.

The condo itself was very clean and close to the beach, the pool area not so much. The pool was very dirty and borderline gross. Not just the pool but the area around the pool hasn't been cleaned in a while.

Winter Escape
This was the perfect place for a long winter weekend in Port A. The condo was as presented in pictures and descriptions. It was spacious and decorated with care. Kitchen was easy to use with plenty of cookware available. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms well stocked with towels. The beach is out the back door across the walkway for the easiest access we've ever had at a condo in Port A. We will be back another time.

Amazing
I’ve been coming to Port Aransas every October for 30 years. I’ve stayed in hotels, condos, and houses. This was by far my favorite place I’ve ever stayed. I plan on trying to keep this place in mind and making this our yearly place. 10/10. Could not be anymore happy. We have 5 kids and being able to walk to the beach was a life saver.

Coral Cay First Family Vacation!
This was truly a wonderful experience!! This was our first vacation as a family with our almost 5 year-old daughter, and we had an absolute blast! My husband and I were wonderfully surprised by the location and how close the condo was to the beach(very convenient with little ones). The Condo itself was very nice, and very family-friendly, which made my mama-heart soooo happy! I also really appreciated the attentiveness by the owners and the convenience of the management staff/office! We will definitely be planning another family trip in the future! Minor Issues
Given Two Keys. One did not work at all. The other was difficult to get door unlocked due to, I assume, salt environment in door look. With only one operating key and doors automatically locking when they shut, we had a constant concern of getting looked out. TV remote in Living Room was not working. Great Location for Beach Access!!!!

Port A Getaway
Everyone had a great time!! Cannot beat the location with regards to the beach access. The rental was very nice, clean and in excellent condition. Couple issues...VERY slow/weak toilet flush caused a backup in back bathroom, very unsightly and not a good smell all night until issue could be rectified in morning, believe me when I say I tried to correct issue myself, I did! The breaker for BDRM #2 trips at will daytime or nighttime, kind of annoying and probably not terribly safe. Overall other than a couple "relatively" minor issues which I would think the owner would likely address, this is an excellent location and rental and we will definitely come back!! Thanks again for a great stay.

Great Beach Condo
Beautiful beach condo! Just a small walk across the bridge to the beach! A/C works AMAZING! The inside is decorated nicely, kitchen has plenty of space, 2 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 pull out sofas. They are planning remodeling but it’s a fantastic location as is. The door knobs on the front and back door are terrible with the keys and if it’s possible it would be amazing to incorporate even a small washer and dryer or one of the newer all in ones just to assist in all the towels and clothes from the beach. Other than that I 100% recommend the unit and the condos! Condo staff is very friendly, we didn’t use the pool because well Oceanfront but it was being used regularly, outside wash off area and garden hose for washing gear. Close to the stores and golf cart rentals. If your looking for a great condo I highly recommend

The perfect place for convenience and comfort!
This condo was very comfortable and so close to the beach! Will definitely recommend to anyone i know and book again myself in the future. The beach is a very short walk, and although you dont have a view of the actual water from the porch due to it being located on the 1st floor, the boardwalk is so close you dont need it! You can walk out just a few steps and there is a few benches on the walkway allowing you to overlook the ocean. We rented a cart for a few days and road access to the beach is also very close and convenient if you choose to go that route. Also some condos nearby dont allow carts but Coral Cay does which was another plus for me. Also It was a lot easier unpacking and packing when the time came since you dont have to worry about stairs. The patio is large and you still get a peaceful isolated feeling from the view of the sky and dunes. The interior was very nice and decorated well. Plenty of seating room for dining or lounging. Bedrooms both had tvs and doors to bathrooms for quick access. Beds were comfortable and ac worked well. Really had a wonderful time with my parents and spouse, cant wait to book again!
