The Space:
Experience coastal living at its best in our bi-level property, where you will be residing in the ground floor unit with its own dedicated access. As you step through the shared entrance hall, the ground unit awaits you on the right, secured by a convenient digital keypad.
The warm and welcoming living room greets you with a queen-sized sofa bed for additional sleeping space, accompanied by two comfy armchairs and a smart TV for your entertainment. Marvel at the ocean's majesty through the windows, a sight that will take your breath away.
Journey past the living area to discover the dining room, a place where stories are shared around a spacious table set with four chairs and a bench. Adjoining this is the fully-equipped kitchen, ready to handle anything from quick snacks to gourmet dinners.
To the left of the dining room, two serene bedrooms invite rest and relaxation. Each room boasts a comfortable queen bed and an individual TV for a personalized viewing experience. Nestled between the bedrooms is the bathroom, featuring a practical and stylish shower/tub combination.

While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee.
1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside.
2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.
3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard.
4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.
5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.
8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION
The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.
9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.
10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.

Our home is on Ocean Drive across from Corpus Christi Bay. Easily walkable to McGee Beach, the hospital, and many restaurants.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
There is space for 1 car in private parking in on the rear side, street parking is also available.
