We are located across from the Christus Spohn Hospital so very convenient for those visiting family or loved ones. We are also walking distance to Cole Park Pier and numerous restaurants and cafes. We are walking distance to a grocery stocked Family Dollar as well so you never need to leave our small neighborhood and it makes it very easy for those traveling without a car. Recommended to have a car for the area as Corpus Christi does not have an extensive bussing system, however, our property is located steps away from a local bus stop and just 1 mile away from the primary Corpus Christi bus station
