Beautiful 3BR/2BA modular home located just a few minutes from Aransas Bay & Fulton Harbor, walking distance to Fulton Navigation Park and all the best food Fulton has to offer along with fun nightlife.This home has a spacious living area with a  dining room. Large kithcen with a breakfast nook. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, private bath with a Garden tub and a standing shower. Two guest bedrooms, one with two Pyramid Full/ twin Bunk Beds and the other has a Queen Size Bed. They share a full bath. There is a large spacious Fenced in yard where you can sit and enjoy the afternoons with a shaded area on the side for you to enjoy.
