Poco Loco has recently been updated with new bathroom showers, fresh paint, furniture and stylish coastal décor carried throughout. You are greeted by a fun orange door and a patio seating area that welcomes you inside to the open living room which boasts a large plush sectional seating with matching accent chairs, made for relaxing and watching movies on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. This area also accommodates a place to play a competitive game of shuffleboard. The large wood and glass dining table provides seating for six consisting of four chairs and a bench. Extra seating is available for four at the breakfast bar. The full kitchen is equipped with black and stainless steel appliances, Corian countertops, tile backsplash, drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils to meet your cooking needs. There is also a half bath under the stairwell to serve the first floor. Upstairs past the modern cable railing, you will come to the master bedroom (BR1) consisting of a Queen size bed with under storage, closet, nightstands, bench, wall-mounted TV and roman shades for privacy. The en-suite bathroom is made up of a vanity and a tile walk-in shower with dual rain heads. The kids will love the second bedroom (BR2) which contains a set of custom-built Full over Full bunk beds, a wall-mounted TV and a heavy sliding wood door to block out any noises. The last guest bedroom (BR3) features a Queen bed with under-storage, closet, nightstands and a wall-mounted TV. The two guest rooms share a hall bathroom which includes a vanity a tile shower. For your convenience, the washer/dryer unit is tucked neatly in the hall closet upstairs next to the hall bathroom for use during your stay. The Commons at Seashell is a great spot for renting one unit for up to 8 people or multiple units for up to 90 people for family reunions, retreats, and gatherings of friends. There is a large shared pool, hammocks for relaxing, picnic tables and shared charcoal grills for outdoor cookouts under the shade of a cabana in the center of the units. Each unit has an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day of playing in the sand. Approximately 0.5 miles to the beach, 0.8 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife. Great house, great location!
House was just as listed! Clean and perfect for our family of 4, but definitely can hold more. The location was great. Just a golf cart ride away from food or the beach. Will definitely be back!

This was a very nice condo. The pictures of the condo are accurate and the location is good. It is not too far to walk to the beach and if you have a golf cart it's even better!

Excellent Beach Property
We loved our stay at Poco Loco! The amenities were well thought out with a stocked kitchen, nice towels and linens, a step stool in the second full bath which was great for our oldest, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and as good or better than the listing implied. We had a ton of fun playing on the shuffleboard table! It was also a very quick and easy walk to the beach with lots of restaurants and activities close by. We would definitely stay again!

The only downside the shower curtains were pretty dirty, they should be replaced. Some of the bedding was stained as well, and the upstairs bathroom sink drained extremely slowly. Other than that our stay was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed our visit to Port Aransas and staying in a Life in Paradise property. We did not have any electrical or plumbing issues but not being able to set the AC below 74°was at times too hot in the house with 10 people. We were also misled about being able to sleep 10. The couch is not a sleeper sofa, but the chairs sleep small people. The beach access is within walki g distance but it was quite a hike to get there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo looked great few issues kept me from rating higher.The third bedroom with bunk bed has literally the door width along the bed for floor space, felt like sleeping in a closet. Both showers when used leaked downstairs requiring buckets on table and in the middle of living area. Pool would have been perfect for size of property but was full of golf cart arrivals from nearby houses. A key entry should be required. Pool closed July 3rd due too many outside people from down the road using pool night before. We witnessed many golf carts from surrounding houses buzz over for a swim. Perhaps a keyed pool entry would ensure paying customers were the only users of the pool

Loved the place, very cozy. The location was great, love the common areas. The only thing I would change is the bed - it was so hard. But then again, some people like it that way so I wouldn't let it deter you - the place is great.

The property was nice. The first floor walking in looked great! Beach decor & updated furniture was a plus. We then saw crumbs on the floor near the couch & the kitchen counters were a little sticky. The kitchen was stocked with utensils & cookware but were dirty. The second floor bathrooms were a surprise. The shower curtains had mildew & smelt of it also. The beds were clean & comfortable though. We didn't use the pool since it was a little small & always crowded. The hose outside worked out well when coming back from a day at the beach. All in all, we did have a good family time.
