This unbeatable location situates you close to supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, Holiday Beach, and great local attractions, including Treasure Island, Port Aransas Nature Preserve, Port Aransas fishing pier, Chute 'Em Up Parasailing/ Port A Parasail, Red Dragon Pirate Cruises, Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, Mustang Island State Park, and Roberts Point Park.

The ground floor enjoys an enclosed patio with plenty of inviting seating, maturing fruit trees including banana, orange, lemon and grapevines, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a full-size fridge for additional storage space. As you climb up the stairs, you will discover a spacious open floor plan that is ideal for group gatherings with two living spaces and multiple outdoor spaces to congregate. Wind down in the inviting main living room and stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV with cable and streaming services to keep you entertained. The modern, open kitchen is a chef's paradise with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials to whip up tasty treats and memorable homemade meals for the crew. The wrap-around deck provides you with a fantastic spot to dine alfresco and enjoy the refreshing breeze. The second living area is located on the upper loft, offering a great spot to unwind, read books, and rest. There are two bedrooms on each level.

Interesting start
Property was fine. It was perfect for our stay. I had scheduled 3 clients to join me and it was as advertised. The only issue was that there was NO POWER to the home when I and these clients arrived. After hours of calling back and fourth and finally getting an electrician onsite hours and hours later, we find that the electric bill not being paid was the issue. Embarrassing as the one who set it up for these clients who were made to stand outside for hours until we just gave up to go to dinner as it was eventually resolved by the time we returned. Outside of that the folks managing the stay were responsive and apologetic. House was reliable outside of that.
Stayed 2 nights in May 2024
