Mardi Gras Parade on the Island 2025 this weekend!

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. It is secluded in the back with a great open patio area with patio furniture. It is big enough for families, friends and pets to hangout. The pool is located right in front of this property.

This property is a ground-floor condo with access to the outdoor community pool, bbq grill, and the beach just right down the street. This property accommodates guests with a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom. This complex offers a great outdoor plunge pool with plenty of seating/lounging to enjoy. Beach and pool accessories are provided. Whitecap Beach is a 6min drive.

Bedroom 1:
Offers a Queen bed with a comfortable mattress that will allow you to sleep like a baby. Flat screen TV that provides basic cable. There is a twin foam rollaway in the closet if needed. Pack N Play in closet (always in property).

Bathroom 1:
Attached walk in shower in Bedroom 1. Provides towels for bathing and a blow dryer. Does not provide shower accessories.

Bedroom 2:
Offers a Queen bed with a comfortable mattress to get a great nights sleep. Flat screen TV that provides Roku. There is a twin foam rollaway in the closet if needed.

Bathroom 2:
Guest full bathroom. Provides towels for bathing and a blow dryer. Does not provide shower accessories.

The Living Area:
Offers a great lounge sectional. Flat screen provides Roku. Games provided for family entertainment.

The property sleeps 6 guests comfortably.

The Kitchen and Dining Area:
Offers a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dining table can deat 4 and the island bar can seat 3.

Outside:
You will have a furnished patio with seating to relax on after a nice day at the beach. It is a fenced in patio with plenty of room to enjoy and a patch of turf for your fur babies. We do ask you please pick up after your pets.

What is provided:
*All Kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, oil, dish soap and dishwasher pods)

*Bathroom essentials (hand soap, hand towels, washcloths, face towels, body towels, 3 extra rolls of toilet paper)

*Laundry essentials (detergent pods, dryer sheets, oxi clean, stain remover spray)

*Cleaning supplies (multipurpose spray, broom/dust pan, vacuum, mop)

*Please DO NOT USE the bath towels as beach towels! Otherwise you wont have anything to dry off with when you shower! Please provide your own beach towels to use!

You will have access to the entire condo.

The beach is a 6min drive. You can drive your vehicle onto the beach with a beach permit, purchased at the gas station down the street. You can also park at the Michael J. Ellis seawall parking lot that is located on Windward. Or you are also welcome to rent a golf cart with the discount code we offer after booking.

*2 pets max are allowed at this property. There is a pet fee. Please add pets to your guest list on your reservation if your fur babies will be joining you.

*You must be 25 years+ to rent this property.

*This is a no smoke/vape/hookah/pipe free property.

*The use of recreational drugs is PROHIBITED. Any evidence of ANY and EVERY type of particular drug use or storage of said substance(s) or drug related paraphernalia at this property will incur additional cleaning fees.
