The property was clean, very well stocked with everything we needed, and Rose was very easy to work with. The only thing I didn't rate as a 5 was the accuracy of the listing. The pictures make the unit look much newer than it actually is. It would be helpful if somewhere on the listing is states when the property was built and/or remodeled.

Great Stay!
This is a great home to stay in. It had everything that was needed. Beds were very comfy! Everything was working great. We didn't want for anything. The location was excellent! Everything we wanted to do within a 5 minute drive in Rockport. There is a great porch to sit outside on and a dock for your boat. Would rent again when we return. Although we only had adults, there is a cute kids room in the home.

Wonderful place to stay!
Our seaside cottage stay was to notch. The condo is located in the perfect location to access the rockport/fulton convention center, rockport airport, rockport beach and local favorites like Charlotte Plummers, Wu Dat, los Comales, Mac's Pit BBQ, and JJ's Cafe are all within 2-5 minute drive. The condo itself has a wonderfully stocked kitchen, plenty of bathroom and shower space both upstairs and downstairs, washer and dryer are always a score when staying away from home and seaside cottage is equipped with the same washer and dryer we had back home. The fishing dock was a really nice feature being right off the balcony of the condo. Daughter caught a sting ray, wife red drum, sand trout, and I had several small catfish. The a/c system was on par for the Texas westher allowing confortotal conditions around the clock. Check in and out process was supper simple and may even be one of the most convenient check in/out procedures we have ever had. Beds were comfortable, couches and chairs were in great shape, decor on par for location. Ceiling fan on balcony, grill was available for use, outdoor table and 4 chairs were nice. Tvs in all rooms was also a plus.

Quiet and Comfy
The Seaside Cottage is a great place for a family to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The cottage is clean and comfortable. Pool access is very convenient. We had a great time at the beach and the time we spent here, especially on the patio watching the birds and boats. Lots of fun!

Great Stay
We enjoyed the rooms and balconies. We didn’t have a boat, but the boat access slips and three pools gave us plenty to do when we weren’t playing on the beach. Would do it again.

Loved our stay! Beds were comfortable, shady patio in the evening, everything you need in the kitchen, close to beach & restaurants, boat ramp in the community, nice boat slip, would stay again. The property outside is still recovering from a hurricane but coming along nicely.

Excellent location!
Comfortable, well stocked condo in the heart of Rockport. Great location and property management was quick to respond to our questions and needs. It was nice to have smart tv’s and a few games for when we needed a break from the sun. Large patio to hang out. Pack n play for our baby so we didn’t have to haul one with us. We’d stay here again.

Rose was great to deal with - very responsive. Nice property. Small, 1 person kitchen, but incredibly well stocked with utensils...enough for a place twice the size. Comfy beds. Plenty of parking , well located being minutes from both downtown Fulton and Rockport.
