The king primary suite is located off the living area. The primary bath has granite countertops with a double vanity sink. Immerse yourself in the large soaker tub. The guest bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and bunk bed with twin over full. For additional sleeping enjoy the queen sleeper sofa. - A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pets under 30lbs are welcome. No large dogs. Pet fees are an additional $25.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
