Welcome to Paradise Palms, a charming first-floor condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, comfortably sleeping 6 guests! Enjoy the convenience of being across from beach access, just a 90-second walk to the sand! The master bedroom features a queen and full-size bed, along with a walk-in shower for easy access after a day at the beach. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. With a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living area, and a spacious courtyard-style garden and pool area, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax. Explore the island’s restaurants and shops, all within 3 miles! Book now and make this beachside condo your next vacation destination!

The Seahorse complex is currently under construction for Stucco and painting of the building. The work is scheduled to be complete by end of May 2025, weather permitting. Pricing reflects this, and no extra discounts apply. We apologize for the inconvenience.

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

We loved it here!
Located in the perfect place. Quiet and clean. Friendly people and a sweet little pup named Paisley ☺️ Pool was really clean and the property was well maintained. Over all it was great. I hope we get to stay here again next year!

Great location across the street from the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Nice accommodation for our family weekend. I recommend cleaning a few things that need attention.....HVAC vents, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, light switches. The guest bathroom shower drips continuosly.

Great escape
The property was well taken care of. I saw a keeper on the grounds everyday cleaning up sand from the beach and doing tidying. The condo itself was clean the bedrooms were comfy and bathrooms clean. When washing clothes make sure the loads are light or you'll have to dry it twice.

Dryer needs fixed or replaced. Also some dishes were dirty but put up like clean. Probably the cleaning people fault. Other than that enjoyed the convenience of the pool and the short walk to beach. I would recommend this place to others. Just hopefully the issue with dryer gets fixed ASAP and someone inspects after been cleaned. Also had to call at 4 to get check in information. Was supposed to get call but no one called. So I did

Family Stay
The property is in a great location, right across the street is beach access and parking. The pictures are accurate, what you see is what you get. Everything was clean, and the linens, extra pillows, paper towels, and cleaning supplies were all very appreciated. I couldn’t give a 5 star rating because the AC stopped working on the 2nd day. However, as soon as I reached out to someone they were quick to get the matter resolved. There was confusion as to who would be coming out to fix the AC, so instead of relaxing on the beach, I kept having to answer phone calls from the repairmen and property management. Thankfully, everything was resolved quickly and the AC kicked back in. Just note that if you stay here, the master bedroom (the one with two queen beds) gets very hot and doesn’t cool down as much as the rest of the unit. The only other complain is that the dryer doesn’t work. Other than that, it was a great stay. The unit is very conveniently located, and has supplies and amenities that you can’t get everywhere else. Overall I’d recommend. I’m sure the A/C was just a one off situation and it was nice to have it handled in a timely manner.
