You’ll find convenient options for grocery and dining within just a few minutes of the home, accessible by foot, car, or optional golf cart. Downtown Corpus Christi is just 23 miles inland, bursting with options for shopping, dining, evening entertainment, as well as family-friendly activities of the aquarium, waterpark, several parks, museums, and even more beaches. Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The home also includes a half bathroom and additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
