The house is set up for a standard maximum adult capacity of 15 but can accommodate up to 22 with children. COASTAL RIVIERA offers 4 master suites, each with 2 Queen Beds and on-suite bathrooms. The home boasts 3 living rooms inviting generous space to relax and enjoy your time together or spread out a little. Enjoy the (heated) pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen with stainless grill, refrigerator, commercial ice maker (yes!), poolside TV and comfortable outdoor living area with adjacent half bathroom where you can enjoy the stunning views of Little Bay. Whether you are looking for dolphins, bird watching or fishing the submerged green lights from the spacious 1,500 sq ft dock, this home offers everything your group could ask for on a coastal vacation. Rockport has been voted best coastal city in Texas and has the only Texas Blue Wave Beach. Also, it is only 30 minutes from Corpus Christi. Super Walmart and HEB within a 5 minute drive.

Bring your boat! The Rockport Beach Park is just 5minutes away and offers a boat launch ramp and then tie it up to our pier or rent our boat slip. We have a wide driveway to accommodate larger vehicles and boats.

Perfect Family Getaway
Our extended family had a great time! The house is very nice…comfy beds and big private bathrooms. We were able to fish right off the back porch and lay out by the pool! Nice outdoor kitchen area to hang out and grill! We will definitely be booking again next year!

Excellent Place
We all had a wonderful time. We brought the boat and my teenage grandsons enjoyed fishing and tubing. The smaller ones enjoyed the pool. We were amazed at how there was always hot water for showers. The large living areas was so nice! We had no issues and the property manager was still considerate and checked on us. Excellent place!

The house was very nice as well as being on the water but the front door was on the second floor and I believe it was 25 stairs every time there was no lower entrance, and it did not have yard and was not very pet friendly so every time they needed out you had to go up and down the stairs. We left after the 1st night and had to get another place

FAMILY VACATION
This trip was over the top! The house fit ALL our needs, it was so hard to leave! It was very clean and spacious, also located in a perfect location for boating, fishing and swimming. Roxana was amazing and so helpful, she took care of any questions we had. I would highly recommended booking this rental, especially for larger groups, it was a beautiful home! WE'LL BE BACK FOR SURE!
