The property itself was good. the building was in good shape. We checked in late, at 11pm. The Staff member that welcomed me in was on his earphones and did not end call to attend me, instead, continued with the call. I introduced myself; he said to me that i was checking in late and that the only room he had available was on the third floor and that the elevator was not in service. I asked if we could have one on the first floor and he replied with a rudely and said, "that is all we have, you're checking late, it's 11pam and i can't change rooms". So, we had to carry our luggage three floors up walking up the stairs. The floors looked clean but at the same time, with a little humidity smell. Our room was clean. One lamp did not work and there were missing tiles in the restroom floor. We were four of us and there was only on tiny little shampoo, conditioner and body wash for all of us. I had to ask for more and I only got shampoo because there were no more body wash bottles. Breakfast was good, eggs can be done much better instead of tasting like egg clumps but overall, breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Overall, the stay was average, but I would not stay there for future reservations.
