La Concha is a beachfront, bottom floor 2BR/2BA condo with beautiful pool and courtyard views, a gulf glimpse, and just steps from the beach by boardwalk. Beautifully decorated, spacious with everything 8 guests would want for a perfect beach getaway. Large bedrooms. Spacious kitchen, and well stocked for cooking and serving. Patio views and sea breezes are amazing. Washer/Dryer. 2 Community pools, and sport courts. Golf cart zone. COPASTR: 248-344

You will know you have arrived at the perfect beach front resort from the moment you pull into the Island Retreat complex. Security is on site during summer months and holiday events/weekends.

Plenty of palm trees on 25 acres, 2 pools, grills, picnic benches, sports courts, tennis courts, green space, a fish cleaning station and boat parking. All of that even before you arrive to La Concha, your beachfront condo. La Concha is located in the golf cart zone. Right off of 11th Street, near beach marker 10. Very close to restaurants, shopping, entertaining, live music, night life and many Port Aransas activities. This community has a guest following and Island Retreat is well known due to the 25 acres of resort.

Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.

La Concha has been completely renovated and everything is brand new, luxurious and comfortable!

The 2 bedrooms consist of Queen Bedroom with private bathroom and a Bunk Room with Queen over Queen beds. There is also a 2nd full bath in the hallway.

There is a spacious living room with sleeper sofa and flat screen TV with gorgeous pool and courtyard views.

Enjoy the patio with sea breezes, a great sunrise view and just a few steps to the board walk to hit the beach!

Remember the 2 community pools, sport courts, fish cleaning station & green space - 25 acres to roam around!

- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

Beautiful and Comfortable Condo
My two friends and I were so impressed by our beautiful and cozy retreat. We loved the tasteful and relaxing decor - blue-gray walls with neutral and navy accents. The finishes were very nice, and the place was very well maintained. It appeared to us to have been recently renovated. It was just gorgeous! We had everything we needed, and the unit was clean. Every thing was in working order, except the stopper for the master bathroom sink was missing, but that wasn’t a big deal. The property was quiet, and our neighbors were friendly. Parking was available right by our front door, and the beach was just a short walk away across the dunes on the wooden walkway. Great location for getting to places in Port Aransas. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Loved it!
