House 1: Up the stairs of this professionally decorated home is a nice size deck with great waterviews. Inside is an open living room / kitchen area with a pull out sofa. The master bedroom has a King size bed with a onsuite bath. The second bedroom located across the hall has two XL Twin beds and an additional bathroom located in the hall outside the bedroom. Downstairs you can play a game of football or vollyball in the super large yard. There are many seating areas around the property where you can enjoy the water breezes.
House 2: Located up an exterior staircase is a large porch where you can sit and watch the water. Inside you will find two bedrooms and two bathroom with everything you will need for a great stay. The open living and kitchen area has a comfortable sofa and dinning seating for 8. The kitchen is fully equipt with everything you will need to cook a wonderful meal. The main bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom has a set of Queen bunkbeds, there is also a sleeper sofa in the livingroom. Downstairs is a large covered sitting area and a fully fenced yard. Make this the perfect place for your next family vacation.

Great location
We were there for a weekend and it was very comfortable. such a beautiful home and very organized. It’s was very spacious with a great location.

Great Location....Lacking Amenities Advertised
Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay in Rockport. We came down for a wedding and decided to make a family vacation out of it. We extended our stay with the expectation of internet being available as we have remote workers and online students in our family. The internet does not work at this property although is jt advertised that it does. Also, the advertisement shows Kayaks and outdoor games. Those are not available. The house also does not supply any beach equipment chairs, umbrella, etc...so be sure to bring those with you. We did enjoy the many board games providee and the serenity of tbe neighborhood alonf a nice view. ..

Absolutely PERFECT!
Absolutely beautiful house with plenty of space for everyone. We arrived to an extremely clean home, which was very important due to us having 2 crawling babies. The house was so welcoming with every detail to entertain its guests. The kitchen had every appliance you would need, and they were all of great quality. We had 3 families with 5 children under the age of 5. The 3 boys loved playing in the fenced in huge backyard! They accommodations were top notch!! We truly enjoyed everything about it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
