Nestled in the heart of Port Aransas, our property, Mustang Isle #1, offers easy access to the beach and nearby amenities. This 1st floor, 2 bedroom 1 bath unit at Mustang Isle condos in Port Aransas has been lovingly cared for and offers an affordable yet comfortable option for your Port Aransas vacation.

A pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members to ensure a clean space for you and your guests. 📋

Note:
Pets are not allowed ❌🐕🐈‍⬛ 🐾; 2-night minimum stay, 3-night minimum during peak times (Summer, Spring Break, Sandfest)

Guests are permitted up to two standard-size vehicles 🚘 (with golf carts counted as one of the designated vehicles) ensuring ample parking space for your convenience. Boat parking ⛴️ allowed for smaller bay boats (please inform the office when booking)

There is always work ⚠️ going on in Port Aransas, so we cannot promise that you won't hear about or see building, construction 🚧, or community improvement projects and activities while you are there.

Please keep in mind that since you are on an island, there may be a lot of mosquitoes and other pests at certain seasons of the year. Every month, a professional pest control agency treats our properties. 🦟 😷

Please be aware that because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

ACCESS CODE: We have a lock at our property so you won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy!

The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens and bath towels. There is a coffee maker. Hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge are among the basic items that are conveniently available on the property until you are ready to go shopping.

SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $50 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, suntan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

In the house, we provide a detailed guest book, including some of our favorite things to do around Port Aransas.
