Just one block from the water, this beautiful bayside home is the perfect place to stage your next family vacation to Rockport! Inside, the raised house enjoys a cool coastal theme, with lots of comfortable furniture, attractive and beachy décor, and lots of space for everyone to move around. Take advantage of the full kitchen to assemble your culinary masterpiece then serve up to eight guests at the dining table while the kids swing their feet from the breakfast bar stools. The dishwasher can knock out all those dirty dishes while you head out to enjoy the salty sea air on the covered balcony with some ice-cold refreshments. You'll love hosting a family barbecue with the private gas grill during a hot summer evening and the little ones can run around all they like in the home's enclosed yard. Take the provided beach towels down to enjoy the beach, just one-and-a-half miles away, for a day of fun in the sun then come back to spritz away the sand under the outdoor shower before using the private washer/dryer to knock out everyone's beachy laundry. Feel like a movie night with the gang? Pluck a DVD from the movie library and take advantage of the living room's mounted flatscreen TV and Blu-ray player or stream a Netflix favorite with lots of hot buttered popcorn for everybody! Don't forget to let the central AC keep everything nice and cool during your stay.

My family and I absolutely loved this house! We had a great time cooking and playing board games here after a day at the beach. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable in. You will love it here! Also the view of the ocean from the front deck was amazing!

Beautiful place and great location
We stayed for 5 days and it was lovely! Beautiful clean house in a great location close to the public beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. We had a couple of small issues that were quickly resolved. Vacasa was great, they were very responsive, thank you to Jeff and the staff there. My family and I would stay here again.

Beach Getaway
Took our family for a gulf coast getaway and it was so peaceful and enjoyable!!! The house was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The only issue I had were the MOSQUITO’S!! Oh my goodness make sure you have bug spray!!!!! The downtown has some beautiful shops and galleries. Easy drive to Port Aransas, Corpus Christi, Padre Island. Good time!

Second time here
The house is lovely. Very spacious although somewhere to hang clothes in the second bedroom would be wonderful! The owners provide everything you might need to prepare meals or do laundry. The decor is so pretty. Rockport is very nice and the location of the house is ideal for walking to the beach if the weather cooperates which it did not do very much this visit! The television system is streaming only which meant we could not get any local news or weather channels which seemed odd. Highly recommend a stay in this property.

Clean, modern and well stocked house
Stayed here with family, including small children, to celebrate my mom's 50th birthday, and it was very fun, clean and safe! They had everything provided for us including dish soap, detergent for the dishwasher and laundry, very modern laundry machines, full size fridge with freezer, lots of cooking ware and other kitchen essentials to cook meals at home. It was a very comfortable home and I loved how it was decorated. Only 8 minutes from the main beach but you could see the ocean from the house where there are private piers.

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect!
My family from Colorado was visiting my dad, who lives in Rockport. This home was perfect! The location was great being so close to the Gulf and the comfort of the home was spectacular. The decor was very tasteful and welcoming. The home was spotless and the beds were very comfortable! There was plenty of seating space in the living area. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was more than enough space to have family over for meals and games. I had to work remotely during a portion of our stay and the Wi-Fi worked great! The large dining room table gave me plenty of space to spread out. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to see Dad. Thank you for providing a home away from home. We made some very special memories!

Lovely Property
This was such a pretty home. The decor was perfect for a beach house. They most everything we could have needed. Would have liked to have a throw to use on the sofa. There were no beach chairs available to use on the property, so we purchased a couple at Walmart. We did not utilize the bbq grill, it looked quite rusted and not very safe to put food on. The property manager was very nice and took care of a couple little things that came up while we were there. Only other suggestion would be to upgrade your sheets and bath towels. Sheets were rough as were the towels. However, the beach towels were very nice and a great amenity. Overall, we loved Bay View Breeze and would return at any time!!

Relaxing Family Getaway
This property was perfect! As soon as we opened the door, it was clean and airy. The decor was beautiful and the location was amazing. It is only one block from the water in a very quiet neighborhood. The front deck was perfect in the evening to see the moon and early morning to watch the sunrise!

Perfect beach house
Every single thing about this home was thoughtfully put. We honestly overpacked because they had everything we could ever need! The home is beautiful and welcoming. Our family of 4 had a blast. It’s in a great location accessible to the beaches and surrounding cities. We hope to be back! The only downside was the check in and out times. They could be a little earlier / later.
