Forget your worries in this spacious peaceful water front space.
Enjoy some relaxation at the beach or shopping & dining only a few minutes away in town. You can also tie your boat to our private dock on the water canal. Only 2 turns from and you’re in the bay on the intercostal waterway for incredible fishing.

The space
This cute coastal home has the master bedroom & full bathroom upstairs with its own private deck. There is a guest bedroom and guest bathroom upstairs as well. There is a guest bedroom and a full bathroom downstairs. Also the backyard area has a covered patio area and a non-gated stair that lead down to the dock and the water canal which is only two turns by boat from being in the bay on intercoastal waters.
