Our home is easy access one story. Two bedroom floor plan, one bath, living area, kitchen and laundry room. There is wireless internet, no cable but we do have a smart TV to stream from different apps.

Cute and Practical
This home was all we needed as we toured some of TX for 4 days only. It was close to Padre Is. and within very few blocks from the sandy beach and wonderful facility that the city of Corpus Christi provides. This 2 bedroom home was small but had a very nice shower and remodeled kitchen. The beds were great! We appreciated good directions for check in and out. We also got good help with the TV. I'd recommend it to any couple..

A Very Comfortable House
The house was well appointed, attractive inside and clean. The immediate neighborhood was not great but it was a short walk to Ocean Drive through a well lit hospital complex. I walked to Cole Park several mornings to watch the sunrise over the bay. This was a nice place to stay while we were here to visit our daughter and her family nearby.

Nice house… sketchy neighborhood!
House was clean and very secure, which was essential as the neighborhood was not very safe and very noisy! . We very much appreciated having a dog friendly place with a fully fenced backyard. The surprise was that the house description on the VRBO website listed 2 King Size beds!!! Neither bed was a King. One was Queen and the other smaller☹️☹️ Also the pans and pots provided DEFINITELY need to be replaced, …. It was a challenge to make breakfast each morning. Otherwise very comfortable.

Not sure if it’s a new rental but it lacks things
There are no kitchen towels and no dish soap. We had 4 in our party and there were 3 clean bath towels, one wet one hanging on bathroom door. Had to go buy laundry soap to wash towels. Spilled some water on kitchen floor used a paper towel to wipe it up and the floor was dirty. I know it is hard to find help these days but I think you need to check this one. Also had to buy toilet paper.

The house was very nice. It had a few bugs. We were approached by a homeless person on 2 occasions. The house next door had round the clock activity. We got nervous and left early.
