Welcome to our family-owned condo on North Beach in Corpus Christi! Enjoy Gulf views, direct beach access, and nearby attractions like the Texas State Aquarium and USS Lexington. Our cozy space includes a queen bed, kids’ bunk bed, TVs, a coffee nook, and a waterfall shower. Relax by the pool or explore the coast—your perfect beach getaway awaits!

Upon arrival at Villa Del Sol, please proceed to the front desk for check-in. A one-time flat fee of $20 covers your entire stay, regardless of the number of guests. At check-in, you will receive parking permits and gate access cards. A valid government-issued ID is required, and per HOA regulations, each unit may accommodate a maximum of two adults. Note, construction is being done on the property grounds.

Perfect little get away
We really enjoyed our stay in Corpus, it’s the perfect spot, close to the beach, 2 pools, and the condo had everything we needed for our stay, Tropical storm Albert couldn’t keep us away lol, our host was very responsive and kept us up to date on the weather conditions and road closures, she even included a binder with different restaurant recommendations and things to do in the area during our stay, highly recommend and will definitely be returning

Great location - small apartment
Loved accessibility to North Beach uss laxenton aquarium and restaurants. Apartment itself is small, kitchen small and not too well equipped. Take your own grocery without any assumption. I saw few cocroches too... Overall I had fun on my trip

Great location!
The beach was at the end of the parking lot. The 2 pools were an excellent option for swimming. The room was clean and decorated nicely. The shampoo and soaps were appreciated. Communication with the owner was great! The Roku tv came in handy with our teenager. The community washer and dryer are down the main hallway. The beds were comfortable. It was perfect for my family of 3!
