Come stay in our home away from home! This unit sleeps 6 with a king bed, bunk beds with upgraded (new) mattresses and a sleeper sofa with (new)memory foam mattress. In addition, there are 2 reserved parking spots just outside the door, along with a comfy patio to enjoy the evenings. It is within walking distance to beach access road where you can even drive your car! Not feeling the beach? Enjoy the BEST POOL ON THE ISLAND equipped with grills and plenty of chairs! We include ALL needed amenities to enjoy your stay. Washer/dryer, all linens, towels, kitchen accessories and free WiFi! It is comfortable and BRAND NEW everything! Nothing has been left undone!
We have enjoyed the island for MANY years and can help lead you to all of the fun adventures the area has to offer.

We would stay here again
The condo was great! It was very clean and a perfect size for my family (two young kids). The items they have for the beach make this place top notch! It is a block from the gulf that even my kids enjoyed walking to. The pool in the complex is well maintained and we even visited the playground. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

What more could you want? This property was very clean, in a great location, and perfect for a beach getaway. Close to the pool with plenty of water play for younger kids.

We had a great stay! The house is fully stocked and they even have a closet with all the beach items you need. The location is great and Cheryl was the best and even offered us an early check-in. These hosts literally thought of everything with this Condo. We will definitely be back!

We have booked here on multiple occasions. The place is perfect in every way! Clean, comfy, has everything you need. Great pools, close to beach, like home away from home. We rent golf carts and drive to the beach during the day and night too! Kids Love It!

Wonderful Place
Wonderful place to stay and close to the beach. We enjoyed this trip immensely. The extra items in the outside closet helped us enjoy the beach activities. The owners were quick to respond and items were just as they described.

The condo was great. Very clean and roomy. We had a little trouble with our code to get in but Russell and Cheryl were quick to answer our phone call and help us. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Condo
This condo has it all! The owners thought about all the needs anyone would need for a beach trip! Very clean and decor is on point! I highly recommend staying here. The pool and the grills were also perfect for our family beach trip. Local stores are close by and beach access from this condo sold us!

This property was perfect for our 2 night stay for a family of 5. The property was clean and had all the amenities we could need. The pool at this place is wonderful for kids and adults, so nice it is heated. Very close to access to the beach, which is so convenient. Cheryl was wonderful to work with!

Great Apartment, Pool on property, close to beach
This apartment is a perfect spot for a little beach vacation. It has everything you need, even beach toys. The pools in this community are great for our late afternoon playtime. And it is so close to the beach that you can walk. The property owners are managing it themselves and are super nice and flexible with check-out time if possible. We love it and have been for long weekends 3 times already.

Great place to stay!
We had a wonderful stay at the Kool house. It had everything we needed being away from home. My daughter loved the bunk beds, pool, playground and beach toys. Perfect for families. Location is great, close to the beach and had parking too. If we return to Texas, we would definitely stay here again and recommend to our family and friends. Cheryl was great at communicating beforehand and during the trip, was very responsive. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

Great place for a short beach trip!
We’re used to “fancy” Florida beaches but we were looking for a quick, budget friendly trip to a TX beach with our young children. This place was perfect. Close to beach access, the kitchen is pretty well stocked with what we needed, and even extra paper towels and toilet tissue! The instructions were all clearly written and the check in/out process was easy. We’ll definitely be back!

The property is clean, close to the beach, HEB, and aquarium. The property owners are great and available if you need anything. They have a closet with everything you may need at the beach if you choose to borrow it. My boys had the best time and DID NOT want to leave. There are two pools, splash pad, and playground on the property. We will definitely be back at some point.

Loved the condo and the pools!
We had an absolutely wonderful time! The condo was nice and clean and very spacious. The pools were amazing! We found everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. We really appreciated having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Cheryl and Russ were always very quick to respond if I had any questions. Thank you for having us and we hope to stay at your place again in the future!

Overall very nice. The only complaint we had is the bottom bunk is very noisy and wakes you up anytime you move and the sofa is very uncomfortable even to sit on. Would definitely book again, without those 2 issues very nice and quiet compared to the rooms closer to the pool.
