Under new ownership, A Pearl's Place at Beachside is a family-friendly three-bedroom, three-bath townhome conveniently located on South 11th Street. This upscale unit sits near the shared, heated saltwater pool with a fun slide for kids and numerous palapas for shade. It is beautifully decorated with beach-inspired adornments in a blue color pallet and wood-looking tile floors throughout. If you are looking for a great location central to all that Port Aransas has to offer, look no further. Park your cars in the two assigned parking spaces (*No Garage Access*) and leave them for the duration of your stay. An 8-minute walk gets you to the acclaimed Gulf Coast beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities.
After sightseeing, a day at the beach, or fishing, return to your Port A home and relax in your private back patio area with ample seating and cook up the day's catch on the gas and charcoal grills. Open up the door to your inviting living room, where you will find a new plush sectional, a flat-screen wall-mounted HD TV, cable, and Wi-Fi, and a separate seating area with a large bench and matching accent chairs. Dine at the wooden dining table accommodating eight guests with a grand bench and four chairs. The spacious island/breakfast bar has seating for four to visit with each other in the kitchen area. The full kitchen is equipped with dishes, basic cookware, pots, pans, and utensils to meet your culinary needs. Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances are a bonus for the family cook. The downstairs guest room (BR1) offers a Queen bed, closet, chest, desk, and chair for checking in remotely to the office and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The hall bathroom contains a shower with a bench and serves the ground floor. Up to the second-floor landing, sits the full-size washer and dryer tucked behind double doors. The master bedroom (BR2) contains a plush King-size bed, flat-screen wall-mounted TV, chest for beach attire, desk, chair, closet, and private ensuite bath with shower and bench. The bunk room (BR3) consists of 2 Twin over Twin bunk beds with a chest and closet. The upstairs hall bathroom is made up of with tub/shower combo.
Enjoy the AMAZING Pool, which is heated during the winter months, with Waterslide and Palapas throughout. A Pearl's Place is located just blocks from the beach, shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

Great Family Trip
Great unit, great location, plenty of room for us all!!! Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, pots/pans. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to someone or stay again. Everyone had a great time.

The property was good. The trash was full when we arrived but other than that the property seemed clean. I thought the communication is very poor from the property manager. I asked questions before arriving and got no response and then during the stay got no response. Normally, when i have stayed at other properties before i received very quick responses from the property manager.

Great Spot near Beach Access!
This property was exactly as you see in the photos. I read all the previous reviews and specifically chose this with my children and toddlers in mind. The simple decor was tasteful and everything was very functional and tidy. The beds were comfy, we enjoyed playing games on the table, watching tv on the comfy couch and in the bedrooms. The pool here is awesome for kids, and has some shade too. I recommend going in the morning before it gets crowded. The drive to the beach is what sold us. (BYO everything for the beach) We drove the truck loaded up with people and stuff, and then hosed ourselves down when we got back. My only negatives are: When I contacted the owner/manager on the VRBO app days before our arrival, I didn't get any response. I was contacted later by the Life in Paradise property manager but I would have liked my confirmation/check in information a few days before. Also based on other reviews the bunkbeds were very loose, and that had not been fixed. But don't worry my brother tightened all the bolts and they are great now! Lastly, my unit did not have trash bags, and they did not provide after I asked. Likewise I would have appreciated a little vacuum to help us keep it tidier over the weekend! All that said - I would ABSOLUTELY book this Beachside Condo place again!

Great place!
This home had plenty of things that a large family needs: dishes, towels, clean bedding. Everything was clean and easy to maintain. I appreciated the double trash cans in the cabinet. Beds were comfortable. The bunks were not sturdy but we stayed nearly a week and the kids didn’t complain; it was just loud and unnerving for this mama to hear in the night. Pool was nice and close. Home was a couple of blocks from beach and with the 2nd parking spot we were able to get a golf cart which was fun to get around in and with the 6-seater that the property rents out, it was accommodating for our large family. Definitely enjoyed our stay very much!

This stay in Port A for 2 days was such a pleasure. The location is prime, the pool with slide for kids and adults is so refreshing and will definitely try to stay in this area again depending on how many ppl we bring. A few items were missing in the condo, but nothing major that couldn't be taken care of with other means. Big spacious areas to hang out, wifi, TV, comfortable, and clean. Thank you

The condo was great, perfect space for the two families that stayed, seven people total. Kids loved the pool. Easy access to beach, restaurants and stores. A few negatives: downstairs bedroom bed was uncomfortable and the bedding cleanliness was questionable. Other than that it was great.

Very nice stay and great location
The unit was clean, very nice and spacious, and at a great location. We would request that the restroom at the community pool be cleaned more regularly. The unit had a bit of minor wear such as scuffing on the walls in a couple of spots, but personally I think that's reasonable considering it's set up well for families with young kids. Overall we had a great time, and we would recommend this location.

Who booking i was under the impression that there was a road/path/boardwalk to the beach. You have to go to the main road and then down another paved road. It's not walkable with little kids. The community was very tight and the pool was crowded. Smaller than I expected. BUT, the house was new and clean and furnished well. The bottom guest bedroom fan needs to be replaced or tightened, as it wiggles and squeaks. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and the front door code was easy for in and out. Overall we had a great stay.

Nice, but not my favorite.
Overall met my expectations but there was room for improvement. The heated pool was just slightly warmed. Not enough to call it heated. The down stairs full size bed was VERY uncomfortable. The house is pretty but the kitchen is very cramped.
