The Space:
Welcome to our charming, centrally located Coronado property! This recently renovated two-bedroom space offers comfort and authentic Coronado charm.

The primary bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed, both beautifully furnished. The spacious living area includes a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen leads to a private patio for outdoor dining.

Enjoy amenities like complimentary Wi-Fi, central heating, and a washer/dryer. Family-friendly extras include beach gear, a Pack n Play, high chair, and more. Ideal for exploring Coronado's top attractions!

Coronado, a picturesque city in San Diego County, California, is renowned for its stunning beaches, breathtaking sunsets, and rich history. Home to the iconic Hotel del Coronado, a historic luxury hotel, and the pristine Coronado Beach, it's a top destination for both locals and visitors alike. Explore the quaint downtown area, indulge in fine dining, and enjoy outdoor activities like biking, surfing, or a leisurely stroll along the beach. For a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, Coronado offers an unforgettable experience.

Getting Around:
Guests will have access to one parking spot located right off of the alley in front of the home. There is ample free street parking in the surrounding area. Please keep an eye out for street sweeping signs.

Located near Coronado's main attractions, our property is the perfect base for your island adventure. Contact us to rent multiple bungalows and create your private paradise!

Pet Policy:
- All pets must be approved in advance. Add them to your reservation and include their weight and breed.
- Only 1 hypoallergenic or low-shedding dog (30 lbs or less) allowed per stay.
- A $250 pet fee applies.
- Unapproved pets incur a $500+ fee for damages and extra cleaning.
- Pets must have their own bed, stay off furniture, and be walked off-property for waste relief.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Additional Policies:
- Only registered guests allowed; no additional visitors without prior approval.
- No parties; respect our home, neighborhood, and neighbors.
- No smoking on the property.
- Outdoor music or portable speakers are not allowed.
- Guests are responsible for any fines from the City of Coronado for noise violations.

We’re a small family business with two young children. We offer 5-star service and are available from 9 AM to 7 PM for questions. Please contact us only for urgent matters after 7 PM. The best way to reach us is through the app. Thank you!
