Do you provide bikes?
- We have 2 adult bikes available in the outside closet.

Do beds come with sheets? If not, what sizes do we need to bring?
- No they do not. The main bedroom has a king-sized mattress. The other bedroom has 1 Full & 2 Twins

Are dish towels/paper towels/hand soap included?
- Yes, Yes, & Yes. The unit is provided with a complimentary starter kit containing dish soap, dishwasher pods, a new paper towel roll, 2 kitchen trash bags, hand soaps, a new roll of toilet paper for each bathroom along with travel-size soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

I see that you do not charge a pet fee. Do we still need to let you know if we are bringing a pet?
- Yes, We have multiple pet related items that we like to put out for our furry friends including different sized food bows so knowing ahead of time if you are coming with a pet, and what breed is very helpful.

- Do you offer a highchair, crib, or pack'n play?
We do not have a highchair or crib, but we do have a pack'n-play in the unit.

Are there beach chairs/umbrella?
- No beach chairs or umbrella but the is a beach wagon

Type of coffee maker?
- 1 regular coffee pot & one that takes K cups and a Reusable Coffee Pod for your favorite blend

Is the pool heated?
- Yes

How long will the pool be opened for?
- That has not been decided yet.

Is there a washer/dryer
- Yes

Do you provide laundry detergent
- Yes. We provide 2 laundry pods

Do you provide Bath towels
- No

- Yes

Do you allow for extended stays?
- Yes we allow for stays up to 1 month. Any stay of 2 weeks or longer will receive a "mid-stay" clean and an additional cleaning fee.

* This is a BRAND NEW home in a BRAND NEW community. The clubhouse is still under construction and may or may not be ready by the time of your stay. This unit is in Phase 1. There will still be construction going on in the other phases but it should not interfere with your ability to access the beach or any of the other amenities Corolla has to offer. We do ask, for everyone's safety, to refrain from going in or through the parts of the community still under construction.

AMAZING
This property was absolutely beautiful. My family did not want to leave. absolutely amazing location. we loved that the property was dog friendly as well! the owners were amazing with communication and even made a little card to welcome our dog to the house. The dog also had blankets and towels provided by the owners. I highly recommend this place!! The food nearby also was amazing. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent family trip
We stayed here with our three school-aged kids and everyone loved it. Close to the beach, lighthouse, and park/shops. We barely drove anywhere. The kids especially enjoyed the community pool. This property is quite comfortable for people of all ages.

Great relaxing vacation home
The property is as advertised and so much more! It is in the quiet section of Outer Banks and has everything you need within a reasonable distance. The use of the beach wagon to walk to the beach was wonderful and the pool in the complex is well maintained. The owners were prompt with communication and we defintely plan to stay with them again!!!

Great start to introduce ourselves to the Outer Banks
This property was perfect for our first trip to check out the Outer Banks with some family and friends and our dogs. Everything with the property was stellar, the host was very responsive and offered great suggestions (including helping us find accommodations in the complex for two more couples who joined our group). The complex and individual unit were great and will be even better as all portions are completed (referring to fitness center in particular). Unfortunately we were a little too early for the start of the season and the weather was also somewhat inhospitable. Hope to give it another go sooner than later (would love to try October). If/when we do, your property will be the first place we will check for availability. Thanks for a great stay. Our only complaint is that we now need figure out a way to do a bathroom remodel at home to replicate that shower in the Primary OnSuite ;0)

Great property!
The home was perfect for what we needed! Short walk to the beach, beautiful community pool which didn’t have an overwhelming amount of people. The home was well stocked, clean gas grill, bicycles, a beach wagon, and some pillows/blankets. My pets had a cute little welcome sign and food bowls. The owners put a cute personalized touch on the stay and kept in touch via text. My mother left her necklace and the owner was kind enough to find it and mail it back to us! I would highly recommend this home but also the owners. We also enjoyed the shops and lighthouse all within walking distance. You won’t regret staying here!

Cute cottage
We had a great stay! Small mix up at check in that was quickly resolved. Cottage was well appointed, cute, clean and a short walk to the beach. Adorable welcome for our dog as well. Restaurants and shops within walking distance, so very convenient location. As mentioned by others, construction going on in the area, but did not impact our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Sandy Toes Stay was very nice
Sandy Toes is a beautiful condo. The kitchen is amazing and it was well equipped by the owners to make meals at home. Our family enjoyed our time in the condo. The weather wasn’t the best, so it was nice to be just steps away from the lighthouse and other activities. My only small grievance would be that the water wasn’t great for drinking, even the water from the fridge, so we just did water bottles and jugs instead. But JP and Lori have a really nice place that we would recommend for any family.

This was a lovely and comfortable unit, and spotless. Yes, there was construction, and unfinished building all around us, but surprisingly it didn’t impact our stay at all. Workers were quiet, respectful, and we had a very relaxing time. Thank you to the host.

This cottage is located in Corolla, NC. Ideal location steps away from the beach, across the street from the light house, and next door to the shopping center. Park your vehicle at the cottage and just take a walk!!!

Great time with partner and pups!
The location couldn’t have been more convenient! We loved the short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, Whalehead and the lighthouse! Loved that this spot was also dog-friendly, as we made so many special memories with our pups! Definitely hope to visit again!
