MID LEVEL:
The traditional floor plan offers the main living space with a vaulted ceiling above the Great Room to give an open and airy feeling. The Living area has a large flat-screen TV (gas fireplace not for guest use) and a Dining table that seats 8. The fully stocked Kitchen offers a Kitchen Island that will seat 4 more guests. Access to the back covered deck overlooks the pool area below and has more furniture to sit and relax outside in the shade. A Queen Jr. Master Suite has a semi-private bath and access to a private deck that faces the front of the house. The laundry area is located by the back deck door.

TOP LEVEL:
Stairs to the top level will lead to a small sitting area and access to the Sun Deck outside. There are 3 other bedrooms on this floor: a Queen Jr. Master Suite has semi-private bath (shower/tub combo) that is shared with a bedroom that has 2 Bunk Bunk Sets. There is also a Queen Master Suite has a shower/jetted tub combo in its Master bath.

GROUND LEVEL:
Besides the Pool Table, the Game area has a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge and a small table to sit and enjoy snacks and beverages. There is a full hall bathroom and the couch is a sleep sofa (Queen) if extra sleeping arrangements are needed. Outside the sliding doors is the hot tub and the large private pool (14' x 28') which offers plenty of room for sunbathing or using a pool float to cool-off in the water while still "catching some rays." There is a park-style charcoal grill available. The beach access for this Ocean Sands area is 1550 feet away and for tennis fans, there are free community tennis courts.
