Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport and fully gated private pool with hot tub and 2 outside showers. Inside you'll find the Rec room with flat-screen TV, pool table, pool deck access and kitchenette with bar, dishwasher and sink. Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks and a flat-screen TV, full hall bathroom, bonus room with 2 DuoBunks and a flat-screen TV, and the laundry area with washer, dryer and large utility sink.

Mid Level: Large foyer, 4 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV and private bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi tub), 3 with deck access.

Top Level: Great room with large flat-screen TV, deck access, elevated reading room with game table seating 4, half bathroom, kitchen with counter seating for 4 and dining room seating 10 with deck access. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private bathroom with jacuzzi tub and deck access.

Extras: Private Pool (40 x 15), Hot Tub, 9 TVs, charcoal grill, pool table, kitchenette, Keurig, high-speed wireless internet access, ocean views, 2 outside showers, community water and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Gas fireplace is not available for guest use.

Family of 11 loved the location, the size of the house and pool . Plenty of space for all age groups to find their own place to hide. House was well equipped with everything you need to feed a large group.

Just what we needed!
We had three family’s with 15 total people. This house gave us privacy and location. 5 min walk to ocean, private roads, no security issues, pool and hot tub, fully stocked kitchen just bring your own food. We got there at 1 pm but couldn’t get in till 4 (check in time). No big deal just don’t come early.
