New construction and modern, duplex connecting by the rear wall, with no stairs to worry about.
The perfect location to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Luxury, single level condo/duplex (attached by the back wall) in the heart of Corolla, just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Corolla Light restaurants and stores are right next door! In the evening, grab your beach chairs, a couple of glasses and a cold bottle of wine for a picnic across the street at the famous Whalehead park while the sun sets over the sound.

The whole group will enjoy not only the community pool, but the wonderful tranquility of the nearby, sound-side waterfront. The large, salt water community pool is equipped with rentable cabannas complete with TVs, fans and personal refrigerators. Perfect for changover days!

Excellent Stay at Corolla
This home was beautiful. Easy access to the the wonderful ocean beach, Currituck lighthouse, Whalehead park, and the sound (for wonderful sunsets). The property is within a well maintained, quiet community. Perfect get away which exceeded our expectations. Furnishings, cooking utensils, WiFi and TVs topped off this clean abode creating a very relaxing stay.

Great Labor Day Stay
My family and I spent Labor Day weekend here and had a wonderful time. The accommodations were perfect, had everything we needed. The location was great as well, with a quick walk to the beach and close proximity to shopping/dining. Shelley was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be staying again.

The condo was beautiful and clean the location was nice with the beach and lighthouse a short walk away. Clean property but we were expecting a heated pool which we did not receive. Had we known there wasn't going to be a heated pool we would have booked a different location

Great place to stay
This condo is new, has a great layout, and is very nicely furnished. It's a comfortable, easy, and quiet place to stay in Corolla. Beach, pool, lighthouse, and shops are all within short walking distance. We've stayed in a lot of beach condos over the years, and this has got to be the nicest by far. My family is already talking about returning next year!

Ocean Perfection
This was our favorite location yet in the Outer Banks. Situated a couple of blocks from the ocean and only a few blocks from the Currituck Lighthouse, this charming casita provided my husband and me with our favorite parts of the Outer Banks. The house itself was perfect for us with a large kitchen and family room area and two bedrooms and bathrooms — all new and beautifully furnished. It’s also pet friendly so we could bring our beloved golden retriever! We couldn’t have enjoyed our visit more!

Perfect escape
I spent a week in this perfect condo planning a fresh start. It was stocked with everything you would need and in such a great location. The property manager was accessible and easy to work with. Our stay in this condo was wonderful. The condo was clean, well equipped/furnished, comfortable, close and easy access to the beach. We travel with our little doggie and it makes all the difference in the world to us! We love our stay!! Easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and park! Lots of things to love about the accommodations and the owners were very responsible. Despite a couple inconveniences (significant construction in the development, tire pressure lot near by) we had a magical time in Corolla. Even during a holiday weekend, it never got overcrowded!! The lighthouse, water sports, pool, wild horses tour, beach time, sunsets and sunrises was too overwhelming fantastic for us to care too much about any inconveniences. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great vacation in Corolla
Great location, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable condo, all modern features. There was a beach wagon which was perfect to carry all our stuff to the beach. Pool was very nice, although I wish there were umbrellas for the lounge chairs as it gets very sunny and there is little shade - we did not want to rent a cabana. Overall, great stay! I would come back again. Note: There is currently construction taking place, but it did not bother us.

Beautiful Corolla Condo
We loved staying at this property last week! It’s new, clean, modern, comfortable and pup friendly! The location is very convenient. We walked to the beach and enjoyed walking to the little complex of restaurants including a bakery/coffee, ice cream, dinner, etc. No long haul to busy restaurants. The owners made check in and check out a breeze- exactly what you want on vacation. Shelley was super helpful when we had a question, and even provided a helpful brochure of info before arrival. Could not have asked for more. Highly recommend this!

Brand New Cottage Steps from the Beach
This newly built beach cottage was perfect for my family of four and a small dog. The location was fantastic! The property backs up to beach parking which made getting to the beach easy and convenient. The Corolla area has something for everyone within a ten-minute drive. The large kitchen made the cottage seem bigger than it is and was spacious enough for everyone to hang out. The beds were comfortable, the cottage was very clean and well-decorated, and the parking was close to the unit. The development is still under construction as more units are being finished, but the pool was open and heated. Shelley was easy to work with and open to suggestions.

Corolla visit July 2023
The house was very clean and brand new. The location wasn’t the best. We always enjoy sitting outside enjoying a glass of wine and watching the sunrise and sunset. No place to sit here. Starting at 6:00 AM the garbage trucks come and dump their dumpsters in the air down lot that is just outside your door of your house. This is definitely not the quietist location of Corolla! The pool was nice and the public beach access was nice. I would recommend bringing your own towels. We only were given 4 very cheap towels for 5 of us. The place is small but very nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable! Thank you.

We did a 5 day stay in November. 5 minute walk to beach or the Whalehead park and lighthouse. Clean, beautifully appointed. Amazing kitchen! Comfortable bed and convenient to all Corolla has to offer visitors. This condo is inviting from the moment you pull into the parking lot. The host was very attentive and responsive to our questions. I'd stay here again for sure! Great place for two couples or family with 2-4 children.
