Charming!
We had the most amazing time exploring Carova, watching the horses, swimming in the ocean, and playing games at the house. Everything we could have possibly needed was available. We cant wait for a return trip!

Property is beautiful, all amenities were there, convienient to the beach in acception of some deep pots lof water on the road to get in and out of the property, 4x4 a must! Owners (Sherry) were very helpful and willing to do what ever it took to accommodate. 9 mile stretch of beach to get to the property was a bit challenging again 4x4 a must. We loved our stay...helpfu

Restful getaway
Absolutely perfect place for a restful getaway. Don’t worry about having to get there by the beach…but when they say “air down” your tires….air down your tires! If you do that you will be fine. The cottage and hosts were absolutely perfect. We seriously cannot say enough good things about both.

Excellent stay
This was our third visit, and we enjoy coming here so much we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when in the OBX area. Our hosts go the extra mile to make each stay memorable. The cottage is clean and comfortable, and is exceptionally well maintained. An added bonus is the gorgeous sunsets!

Took my girlfriend down to spend the weekend in Cordova to see horses. The place was amazing! They don’t lie when it shows the horses coming into the yard. We came back from the beach and boom 5 of them just hanging out for about 45 minutes! It was a blast

This was our second time at Sherry & Jeff cottage! We love being there, the cleaning and well stocked place it is a bonus! Lots of amenities that make you feel like in your own home. We are planning to return next year. Thank you both for having us!

LOVE this place!!
Perfect place to stay!! Back yard is as entertaining as being on the beach. Peddle boat, paddle boards, fishing, firepit... House is clean and very cozy, well stocked.

The Dew Drop Inn is a beautiful cottage. All the conveniences of home and then some. The location was perfect for us. Loved the short drive to the 4x4 beach. What a great time we had. Would absolutely stay here again!!!!

Absolutely perfect get-a-way!
My husband and I rented the cottage to stay for my daughter's wedding. It was the perfect escape from all the hustle and bustle of a wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet location and charming cottage. Most importantly....it was CLEAN! You can definitely tell that Jeff and Sherry take pride in their cottage and in making their guest feel at home. They have thought of everything you could need while out there. If we make the trek back out to Corva again we will definitely be staying with them.

Secluded, simple paradise!
So close to the beachfront and still private enough to feel like you have the canal to yourself! It’s quite a ways up the beach from Corolla, so be prepared to air down your tires and ride for about 30-40 minutes once you leave the pavement. The home is well-equipped for pretty much any activity you can think of, from cornhole to grilling to lounging in a swing with drink in hand! The kitchen is fully stocked and the outside seating is impeccable, so many options. You can also explore the canal with the paddle boards or pedal boat provided. We loved our time here and can’t wait to come back.

A Magical Stay on Carova Beach
My husband and I stayed for 3 days at the Carova Beach Canal Front property. It was immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals there. We kayaked on the canals, played bean bag toss, and drove the beach and the town every day to see the wild horses. We saw lots of horses, and one of them was grazing right next to the house one day. We had never driven on a beach before, and that was an adventure!

Quiet Hidden Gem in Carova
I absolutely loved my stay! This place is nice and hidden and super quiet as a result. Being right on the canal was very cool and provided some good scenery while lounging out back. Getting to the beach was super easy with the car and the parking passes provided. The house was very clean and well-equipped.
