8 Bedrooms (4K/Bath ,2Q, P, 2B) 6.5 total Baths. New Carpet in bedrooms in 2018. One 50" TV upstairs with a Blue Ray DVD Player, one 42' TV downstairs and another 42' TV in the main King Master Suite, 32' Flat screen TV's in each of the King Master bedrooms. There is also TV in each and every room. Four master bedrooms, a game room with pool table, Playstation, wireless internet, computer, pool (with heater) and hot tub are but a few of the amenities provided for your enjoyment.

Our home is on the 'Ocean side' of Route 12, and is only a short walk to the beach access. Sheets and bath towels provided. Our home is child friendly, and all furniture is strapped to the wall for your child's protection. Pack and Play (2), high chair, stroller, baby gate, and other necessities for children provided for your convenience.

The lower level has a game room with new pool table and electronics, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a full bath and a full size washer and dryer.

The middle level features three king bedrooms with private a bath, a queen bedroom, a pyramid bedroom and a full bath.

The upper level has a large open living area and a half bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers and a bar refrigerator under the island. The dining table seats ten and there is room for five at the bar. There is also a king master bedroom with a soaking tub and separate shower.

Great family vacay
Perfect house for our family of 17. Walk to beach is a little long but doable. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The added lift to get food and luggage to 2nd and 3rd floors was a lifesaver.

Great location and size for large family gathering
We had 11 adults and 7 kids (age 5 and under) staying. The walk to the beach was easy and we went often. Pool was great for the kids to swim in because ocean swimming and pool swimming are different, especially for young kids. The top level AC did not work for the 1st two days but the owners got someone over as soon as they could and it was fixed. The house was as expected from the listing and pictures. This was our first time vacationing as a large family and overall it was wonderful!

Amazing beach vacation!
My family and I (12 people total) stayed for a week and we enjoyed ourselves. The house is spacious, well-equipped, clean, and in a nice quiet location close to the beach. Carrie (host) was very responsive and addressed all questions promptly. I highly recommend this unit and would certainly stay again!

Terrific Week
We had a wonderful stay at this home. The place was as described and had lots of space (and fridges which was a plus). Close to the beach. We enjoyed the nice pool and hot tub after our time at the beach. This home was tucked away in a nice neighborhood. Lots of new memories were made here. Can’t wait to get back to OBX.

Perfect!
The only complaint I have is that our stay went by so fast. My family and I visits OBX once every year. We have to say that this was the most relaxing stay by far. The home was clean, beautiful, welcoming and Carri was in touch with us as needed throughout the stay. We love it and would love to rent again.

Great House
We had a fabulous week, the house was perfect for our family reunion with 19 people! At no point did we feel crowded in the house with all the decks large rooms and pool area. The short walk to the beach and shops was prefect for our group. Also, Carrie was very quick to respond with any questions I had along the way. I will definitely look to book with them again.

Great house with all the amenities
We definitely enjoyed this house. We had multiple families with ages from infant to 60ish. The walk to the beach was easy, the pool and hot tub were great and the house was clean and in good shape. Contact with the owner was good. I messaged her a few times with questions and got prompt replies. It was a really good experience.

30th Birthday Get Away
We had an awesome weekend! Carri was such a pleasure to deal with, she was always quick to respond when I had questions, and just a joy to work with. The cottage was everything that we expected it to be and more. The heated pool and the hot tub were amazing, as it was quite chilly while we were there. We will definitely be staying here again. Family Reunion
The weather didn’t cooperate with our outside plans but it was great to catch up with cousins. A couple of house issues needed attention and they are being addressed. The owners responded quickly to us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we would rent this house again.

The Funk n Treasure house had lots of room for all ages to enjoy the property. The 7 bathrooms made life a lot easier. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils/dishware/cookware. Distance to grocery and shopping was 3 minutes in each direction. Would rent again.

Absolutely Perfect
The house was exactly as described, clean and felt like home. Absolutely beautiful. Short walk to the beach and close enough to town that we could walk. When we got there the lift to the second and third floors broke and the homeowner expedited the process to get it fixed for us asap. Highly recommend staying in this home and with Carrie. 10/10.

Awesome Family Time
There were a total of 15 of us, and we had a great time. Nice pool, close to the beach. House was superb. Tropical Storm Elsa kept us inside for one day, but lots of space, and we brought lots of games, so enjoyed each others company. Well worth the cost. Carri was quick to respond to any question we had before our arrival, and had not issues during our stay.

Our Outer Banks adventure
Excellent experience with the property and hosts! We were grateful for information provided prior to our stay that helped us adequately plan for our large family group. Child safety features were much appreciated! Comfortable rooms, spacious kitchen and dining areas, and plenty of place to gather inside and out. The pool was the perfect size and used daily. The 10-minute walk to the beach access was fine for most in our group. Thanks to the hosts for checking in on us after a severe storm rolled through! A memorable family vacation in a place that felt like home.

Spacious, well stocked, comfy home!
Our family of 17 used this lovely home for our bi- annual family reunion. We traveled from California, Washington, and Virginia to experience the lovely Outer Banks, and were not disappointed! This home was more than large enough to accommodate all of us, with bedrooms and bathrooms to spare! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare huge meals, and space enough to gather for them. We loved hanging by the pool, watching movies in both living spaces, and the short distance to the beach and shops. Such a great home! We highly recommend it for ANY large groups!

The perfect stay
Thank you Carrie for sharing your house . It was perfect . There was not one thing that was overlooked in stocking the place. The walk was a little long to the beach in the heat our week, but we figured it out but driving all our “ stuff” early in the morning and setting up camp. This made our walk lighter and easier later that day. If you are looking for comfort , relaxation and privacy , this is the place for you . We will definitely be back again .

Ac needs some work as the house very hot most nights. Carrie was great to bring someone out after we brought it up. Ac filter needs to changed more often.
