"The person who checked me on made my stay exceptional and she even called to check if the room was satisfactory after I checked in and went to the room. I regret not taking her name but I recommend her service and think the room with balcony was great. I loved the amenities. The rooftop pool and bar and staff. Super friendly and welcoming. Would recommend here and the area has a buzz. Nice shops and restaurants. "

Incredible! A must stay location and unit.

"Incredible! This will be our new place to stay from now on. It is aptly called home away from home. VERY clean, functional, air conditioning that is amazing, everything needed to simply unpack and live. The building, area, security, and service was 5 star. Our host communicated timely, friendly, and with a lot of grace. Thanks!!"

Handy for Sunbet Arena & Times Square restaurants

"This is a great spot if you are attending a concert at Sunbet Arena - only a 5 min (safe) walk from the venue. Restaurants are about a 3 min walk at Times Square. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. Check-in was quick and efficient with friendly staff on reception. Room was spacious, light and airy with sufficient plates, cutlery, etc and even a washer/dryer. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use any of the facilities or to enjoy breakfast as it was just a quick visit. Parking is in an underground secure parking lot - make sure you park in a spot marked “C Reserved” on r you’ll get clamped!"

Convenient location

"Very convenient location. Check in took longer than normal. 2 x Rooms on the same floor was requested when we made the booking (almost a year in advance) They confirmed the rooms will be close to each other via a phone call the morning of check in. However, at check in they informed us that they could not assist with the request. We booked 3 x rooms. The one Room 503 - toilet was running the whole time and could not flush. It was reported to reception."
