Even though it's not located at the heart of Sedona, its only a 25 minutes drive on the freeway and 15-20 minutes on the streets to get to uptown Sedona. "The house is within easy walking distance of downtown Sedona. Very comfortable house, from the comfy bed & soft linens to the soft bath sheets. The hot tub out the front door was a bonus. Very peaceful neighborhood. Thank you for providing coffee, washer and dryer, and garage parking. Communication was simple and gave us all the info needed before we even got into town.
