"From the moment we checked in, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We had a triple room for me, my husband and daughter. It was spacious for the 3 of us with a desk, mini fridge, and nice bathroom. We loved opening our window and seeing what was as going on outside. The beds were so comfy, the room cleaned daily as well as free mini fridge restocked daily!! There was a nice breakfast buffet with friendly attendants and snacks were set out during the day. There were at least 3 metros...

"Check in was fast and efficient. All the staff was extreme kind and helpful. The room was serviced nicely everyday. We informed the desk that one light was out in the bathroom and they replaced it in a timely manner. Snack bar was available during the day which made it nice to sit down and have a cup of tea after a long day at the museums. Location is fantastic and extremely walkable with many museums & restaurants."
