The property sleeps up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms, the fifth bedroom is on the lower level and also has a Queen bed and bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity, making the layout very practical for people that can’t do the stairs. The other four bedrooms are located upstairs. The King master suite is air conditioned and has balcony access to allow the sea breeze to flow through and includes an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity, the 2nd King bedroom also provides an ensuite with shower and toilet. The main bathroom is also located on this level and has free standing bath, shower, vanity and toilet. A separate toilet with vanity is also provided. The second living area is also located upstairs and provides a great retreat for children to watch the Smart TV.
Downstairs, flowing off the dining area, is the gorgeous outdoor undercover area with another BBQ, sink, ceiling fan and dining furniture overlooking the stunning saltwater pool and lush bushland with a quick 2 minute walk along the pathway to The Anchorage Hotel and Spa.
A fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer and Nespresso coffee machine features bi-fold sliding windows opening out to the alfresco area. There is also an internal laundry with front loader washing machine and dryer provided for guest use.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
Obligations to neighbours – Section 2.5.2 of the Code of Conduct
A guest must not at any time during the occupancy period:-
(a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
