"The owners were easy to get intouch with. Hot tub needs a timer install so renters dont have to contact owners everytime. "

"This place has everything you need! Beach chairs, towels, pool toys, beach toys, kitchen accessories. We traveled with 5 children aged 7 months to 10 years old. The house supplies potty chairs, high chairs, and various toys. It was kid friendly spacious, and beautiful. The property manager was quick to reply and offered local suggestions. Check in was simple! We loved everything! We loved our stay! Highly recommend the house and working with the property managers!"

"Place was clean and everything was in working order. Unfortunately, it was advertised of a heated pool when asked to turn on the option to heat the pool it was denied by the owner and/or Tropical Escape Vacation Homes. Not sure if I would stay here again for that reason."

We had some minor hiccups on the first day, but our host was quick to respond and get things straightened out. We had family visit for a few days and we accommodated everyone comfortably. Property management was responsive and checked on us a couple times to make sure things were going well. One suggestion would be to update the king mattress and sheets (didn’t use the other bedroom). The mattress was a little in the lumpy side and the sheets did not stay in well due to elastic showing some wear."
