"The staff are very nice, friendly and well trained. The need to get a better system going with booking taxis though. It was confusing. Waiting outside, no one knew what taxi was for whom. I booked a taxi the day before and the taxi was late and it had to be re-ordered or contacted/reminded to pick me up. The hotel facilities were good and I would stay there again.
