Mansion - Corigliano d'otranto Stone villa with private pool and garden

The property concern in an “Italian Masseria”** builth in the 17th restructured last year and over than 1500 square meters of garden, with a wonderful and private use pool of 40 square meters. Thanks to a wood porch in the front of the house is possible to have dinner in the open air. You can also roast your dinner using the external barbeque. The whole property is encircled with a stone wall over than 2,5 meters height that ensure complete privacy and security.
Inside the Masseria there is a big hall with a working stone and wood made fireplace and an interconnected kitchen place. A bedroom with ceiling “volta”, and a second wedding bedroom also with “volta” ceiling in original “leccese”*** stone. The wedding bedroom is supplied with a wonderful and ancient fireplace. The “Masseria” is completed by a big bathroom with shower.
*** local stone used in construction, a sort of tufa stone. Light, porous and rich of fossil remain.

Wonderful stay at fantastic farmhouse
We had a wonderful stay at Alessio’s farmhouse. It is spotlessly clean with all the amenities we expected. The location is perfect for exploring Puglia. We must thank Salvatore and Rosa for being so welcoming and friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us, and Rosa’s food is beautiful. We hope to return one day.

Our best stay in Italy
When we first arrived we were greeted by our hosts, Salvatore and Rosie. They were so delightful and welcoming despite our lack of common language. Then you see the property which was simply beautiful, homely but also elegant. The location was so central we managed to explore so much in just a few days and still had time to relax by our lovely private pool and garden. We were also offered a dinner cooked by our hosts which was delicious and they returned later to chat with us. Can’t speak highly enough of this place. But you would most definitely need a car to be able to come and go.

Charmig house in a beautiful garden.
The house is very nice and situated in a lovely garden. Everything is excellent apart from the internet connection. Moderate WiFi. The hosts are charming and very helpful. The area feels very secure and easy access from major roads. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche, 1 Hund) haben einen sehr schönen Sommerurlaub in der Masseria verbracht. Corigliano und die Masseria liegen für strategisch sehr gut im Salento. Von hier aus kann man schöne Städte wie z.B. Otranto, Gallipoli, Maglie, Lecce usw. besuchen und auch die Strände an der Adria und des Ionischen Meeres besuchen. Auch sind Tagesreisen in die nördlichen Bereiche Apuliens gut möglich. Die kleine Stadt Corigliano (1-2 km vom Haus) bietet eine Reihe sehr guter Restaurants und Bars. Auch für das Verweilen am Pool eignet sich das Haus sehr gut. Es ist ruhig und privat, es herrscht immer einen friedliche Atmosphäre. Das Verwalterpaar (Rosy und Salvatore) sind fantastisch herzliche Menschen, die bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung stehen. Kleine Anfragen wurden sofort erledigt. Wir können dieses Haus für Familien sehr empfehlen.

Sehr schönes altes Steinhaus mit gepflegtem Pool und sehr netter Betreuung
Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Salvatore und Rosi waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, Sie erfüllen jeden Wunsch. Das Haus und der Pool entsprechen der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist ideal, um zu den beiden unterschiedlichen Küsten und interessanten Orten zu fahren. Sehr gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe.

Villa Urlaub mit Ambiente
Die Villa und das ganze Anwesen sind toll!! Man hat wahnsinnig viel Platz und alles ist mit viel Liebe gepflegt und her gerichtet. Man kann im weitläufigen Garten den tollen Pool genießen oder die Mandarinen- und Zitronenbäume bewundern. Das Verwalterehepaar wohnt nebenan und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Zu empfehlen ist zudem das von Rosy ind Salvatore zubereitete Dinner... sehr köstlich!!

Das Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen. Es liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit einem sehr sauberen Pool, den wir ein paar Mal genutzt haben, obwohl das Wasser schon ziemlich kalt war. Wir haben auch ein Abendessen bei Salvatore und Rosi gebucht, und das war richtig klasse! Hausgemachte Pasta und viele Leckereien...

Ein unglaublich schöner Aufenthalt
Wir waren ein paar Tage bei Rosi und Salvatore zu Gast und es war ein wunderschöner Aufgenthalt. Das Haus ist ganz im Stile einer alten Masseria geblieben und mit Liebe eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und draußen gibt es auch die Möglichkeit zum Grillen. Es ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Aber am schönsten ist der Garten mit der Terrasse und der Pool, den man ganz für sich hat. Um mobil zu sein, ist ein Auto schon empfehlenswert. Was wir auch sehr empfehlen können ist sich einen Abend von Rosi und Salvatore bekochen zu lassen. Dabei gibt es eine leckere Auswahl an regionalen Antipasti und mehr. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Siamo stati ospiti di questa bellissima villa, tutto curato e pulitissimo, la piscina viene pulita tutti i giorni da Salvato e Rosy, persone discrete che fanno il loro lavoro nel rispetto della privacy, ma se hai bisogno di un consiglio o qualsiadi cosa si fanno i 4 per accontentarti! Pace silenzio serenità, in casa c'è tutto, una bella fornita cucina, aria condizionata ( indispensabile anche a settembre!) I nostri figli non vedevano l'ora di venire via dal mare per tornare in piscina che abbiamo usato anche a notte fonda, un vero paradiso. Assaggiate la cucina di Rosy, ne vale davvero la pena! Torneremo sicuramente.

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern (9, 7, 2) bei Rossi und Salvatore. Die beiden sind sehr sehr nett und haben sich super um uns gekümmert. Das Haus mit dem Pool ist hervorragend geeignet für einen ruhigen Pool-Urlaub. Auf Grund der zentralen Lage kann man Apulien von dort aber auch sehr gut erkunden und ist sowohl an der Ost- als auch an der Westküste in etwa 30.min. Die Küche ist auch hervorragend ausgestattet und einen Grill gibt es auch. Wirklich eine tolle Zeit und wir würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren wenn wir wieder nach Apulien fahren. Perfect verblijf
We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in het schone huis van Salvator en Rosy. Erg vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw die dagelijks vuilnis komen ophalen en het zwembad komen reinigen. Wanneer je de poorten binnen rijdt waan je je in een paradijs met een lekker diep zwembad. De foto's tonen niet dat er binnen echt voldoende plek is voor een gezin van 4 en eventueel zelfs 5. Als we 1 nadeel zouden moeten noemen is dat de directe omgeving (buiten de poort) weinig inspirerend is. Maar met een leuk dorpje op 5 minuten, Lecce op een kwartier en een super centrale ligging is dat geen probleem!

Fantastisch!
Heerlijke week gehad in een fijn huis met prachtige tuin en zwembad! De beheerders waren heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. De eerste avond hebben ze heerlijk voor ons gekookt zodat wij bij aankomst meteen aan konden schuiven. De tafel was gedekt en we werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Drie gangen diner voor 17,50 pp is zeer de moeite waard om te doen! Alles vers en zelf gemaakt. We mochten vruchten plukken van de fruitbomen en kregen sla uit de groententuin aangeboden. Het huis is netjes, prima bedden, elke dag wordt het vuilnis weg gehaald en de beheerders zijn goed bereikbaar mochten er vragen of andere dingen zijn. Kortom; top huis met heerlijke tuin met zwembad en zeer gastvrije beheerders!

Wunderbare Woche Anfang November
Wir waren in der ersten Novemberwoche mit Hund und Kindern in dieser charmanten Masseria. Die Gastgeber Rosy und Salvatore haben uns herzlich empfangen und sind Herz und Seele dieses wunderbaren Ortes. Sie gaben uns gute Tipps zur Umgebung und nahmen sich Zeit für ein kleines Pläuschchen hier und da mit uns und den Kindern. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und der Garten wundervoll angelegt. Das Grundstück ist komplett von einer traditionellen Steinmauer umgeben, so dass man hier völlig ungestört den Pool genießen kann. Im nahe gelegenen Corigliano sind alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs zu bekommen. Die Küsten und das Meer erreicht man in gut einer halben Stunde in beide Richtungen, was die Masseria zu einem perfekten Ausgangspunkt macht den Salento zu erkunden. Das von Rosy angebotene 3 Gänge Menü sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen, um einen kulinarischen Einblick in die Küche des Salentos zu erhalten. Das größte Kompliment an die Gastgeber: trotz 1600 km Fahrt fragte unser Sohn bei der Ankunft zu Hause, ob wir kommendes Jahr gleich wieder zu Salvatore in die Masseria könnten. Vielen Dank für alles.

Schöne Herbstferien in Puglia
Wir durften einige sehr schöne Tage im Anwesen von Rosi und Slavatore verbringen. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtete und hat sehr viel scharm. Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen der Realität. Der Garten ist toll, aber das Beste ist die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Rosi und Salvatore. Absolut empfelenswert.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub
Wir waren 2 Wochen in dieser traumhaft-schönen Unterkunft mit Pool und eingezäunten Garten. Wir hatten einen kleinen Hund dabei, der sich in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Rosi und Salvatore, die beiden Gastgeber, sind sehr gastfreundlich, jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und helfen immer gerne mit Tipps. Die beiden haben sich ein kleines Paradies mit einem schön angelegten Garten aufgebaut, indem wir 2 Wochen verbringen durften. Die Lage war perfekt, da es nicht weit zur Adria, aber auch nicht weit zum ionischen Meer ist. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Wir waren Anfang Oktober und hatten ein sehr schönes Wetter. Es war wirklich traumhaft. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen wieder.

Grandioso!
Wir (eine vierköpfige Familie) haben bei Rosy und Salvatore eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht! Die beiden sind sehr herzlich und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat Charme und Charakter und liegt in einem wunderschön angelegten Grundstück. Der Pool ist riesig und sorgt bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen für Abkühlung! Wäre der Weg nicht soweit, würden wir jedes Jahr sicher wiederkommen! Absolut empfehlenswert! Grazie per tutti a Rosy und Salvatore
