The 2 bedroomed modernized fully equipped property is located in a quiet area of Perama.With its own picturesque front garden full of beatiful flowers, plans and lemon trees, orange trees, fig trees ect where you can collect fruits from. Private parking, BBQ grill and Wi-Fi included with local amenities and facilities nearby like minimarkets, coffee bar, car rental, restaurants, gas station, pharmacy(drugstore) and local bus stop 10 minutes away from Corfu Town.
It has a breathtaking view overlooking the lake-sea and is within walking distance (10 minutes by foot) to the famous Mouse island (Pontikonisi) and Vlacherna monastery at Kanoni just by walking a bridge.
