The streets are very narrow and the car park is a street away. You have to stop outside the hotel, unload bags etc, and then the person on reception will get into your passenger seat, to direct you to the underground parking garage. "Stay was excellent but check in process was very painful. It was a virtual check in. No one to help. I asked even a day before that if someone would be there so I can leave my luggage. They said yes but no was there. No one answering a call or opening a door. No use of ringing a bell. 5 minutes after they start responding on WhatsApp. They provide a link so I fill form to check in.
