"Our front desk staff did not know how to use their computers. Or how to check us in from hotels.com. they were kind and helpful, but our checking process was extremely extended because there are lack of knowledge of using hotels.com to check in."

"This hotel is absolutely incredible! The staff are just beyond wonderful and truly went above and beyond. I had to leave early due to Covid-19 and they were so kind, supportive and helpful - I can't recommend this place enough! It's more like a 5 star and the rooms / pool are lovely. "The location and spacious rooms are a major positive. However for the price, there are so many updates and improvements needed. The rooms are shabby and mistreated - there were scuff marks all over the walls and floor, so the suite didn't feel clean at all. The building hallways are dark and in bad need of renovation.
