"We visited Sonoma in late December and stayed at Bungalows 313. This is hands down the best property I've ever stayed at. We were in the ground level 2 bedroom unit (called Terra). Unit included fully equipped kitchen, living room with a large screen tv, a gas fireplace and a pullout couch (we did not use it, since there were only 3 of us), a dining room and 2 bathrooms (one full bath with a separate shower and a soaking tub, the other one was a small half bath). Two private patios on both side...

"The room was good and is the resort. There was apparantly some issue sith parking that we were never given instructions for. The coffee maker is absolutely ridiculous! It must have cost about $5 20 years ago. The paper filters provided did not fit the machine snd the coffee provided was terrible. Considering the price of this rental I would have expected at least a Keurig. They only cost about $40 these days. "

"Beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood. The hosts are wonderful, they went out of their way to help us and directed us to great places to visit in Napa. It felt like home away from home! We will absolutely be back again!"

"I stayed for 4 nights at this lovely tiny haus because we had contractors tearing out our old shower and damaged floor because of a leak. I needed a place to stay for many reasons but mostly because I work from home and needed to get away from the noise and dust and distractions. I figured that anything would be better than all the construction..but I had no idea I would be taking a mini vacation! The owners have this small space so thoughtfully arranged and stocked with everything you need, so...

"Cute little tiny home. Very modern and clean. However it was very cold with only one split AC/heater unit to heat the whole place. Perhaps some additional space heaters for each room would help ALOT. They provided cute slippers but they were dirty and used. Otherwise very nicely done and would come back again."

"This is the tiniest space. It’s a bed in a box. You want to turn around? You’d better do it outside. Extremely overpriced for a space smaller than ANY hotel room I’ve ever experienced. The circa 1982 fixtures just set the whole thing off. There is a fridge. No mini microwave. So bring back a leftover, but you’re eating it cold. We regularly go to Napa. We will never stay here again."
