"This property comes as advertised Rustic and log cabin like but it is quite comfortable. The pool and hot tub are the stars of the show. The cottage has 6 separate bedrooms most of which are connected in an open concept manner. As with most cottages there are minor issues but our host and the local cottage caretaker were very responsive and took care of things. "Our family greatly enjoyed our week staying in Watercombe. The waterfront is stunning and we frequently took out the kayaks to explore the bay. All amenities worked very well for us. One note for anyone staying longer (we stayed for a full week) would be that trash and recycling have to be driven out to the main road on collection day and there is not an outdoor bin to store a trash should you generate more than one bag."
