"The night we endured was terrible, it smelt of faeces all night, loads of people coming in and out shouting, it sounded like someone tried getting in our door around midnight, the shower was contaminated, I wouldn’t be surprised if there wasn’t a case of legionella within the water, the bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t feel secure, the sink had no plug, and Unknown marks left on walls, 1/10 would not recommend "

"I had a bad expirience in Arman guest house. Room was with staned walls and carpet. Smelly matrass and pullows, dirthy shower curtains ans shower. I jad to buy a pullow and bedshits, i used my towel and clean the surfaces with wipes. I had to stay cut my stay to 4 nights insted of 5. Other guests were very rough and in the night they showted unapropriate words and nocked on my door. I told the owner but he refused toadress the issue. * you knaw jaw it is* - that ware his words. "Very dirty place, didn’t even dare having a shower, I stayed for the night cuz I am a student and couldn’t afford paying for an other accommodation when I had already paid for this one! The walls are paper thin... if you want good sleep don’t go there even if you’re on a budget "

"Perfect night stay at Harlestone retreat, very clean room with tea and coffee available the bed was so comfortable i slept all night and needed an alarm to wake me up. I will be staying again for sure. It would be nice if they could leave a bowl of fruit or a drink as a welcome pack ( even if it costed me more money ) It was nice to relax in front of a big TV with some great films to choose from. Very clean shower and toilet. Overall it was just what i needed. "

"I arrived at the address given , nobody was there : I was told that I was staying at a different address. I had to walk a further 15 minutes to an alternative address. I was not too happy to be missed around . Nothing wrong with the accommodation just the organisation "
