"A characterful house with a good big garden and a super location a short walk to the lovely beach at St Jorioz and also close to a practical town with useful services. Lovely to sit on the small balcony outside the kitchen window while someone else is cooking. This kitchen is small - as shown on the site - but worked out fine for our party of 10 as long as everyone is not in the kitchen at once. We enjoyed evening meals outside in the garden around the big table. Be aware, one single bedroom is...

"We had a wonderful stay here. the location is truly perfect -- sipping coffee as the sun rose over the mountains across the lake is my top memory from the entire summer, with more active pursuits in and around the lake not far behind. The residence was excellent --everything we needed with a lot of common space. We had an issue with an alarm that the property manager addressed promptly (even though it was Sunday)."

"The place was beautiful and the owner was very kind. However, there were many charges after the original payment that were NOT listed beforehand, such as extra money for towels, sheets, and the hot tub. The hot tub in particular was listed under INCLUDED amenities. "

"Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt. Als wir ankamen war die Wohnung gerade gewischt, kalt und es zeigte sich sofort die mangelnde Instandhaltung. Warum hat man nach dem Wischen nicht einfach schon mal die Fußbodenheizung eingeschaltet? Irgendwie funktionierte das Wesentliche zwar, aber lose Tollenpapierhalter, eingeschlagene Innentür, Plastikabdeckung auf dem Tresen, fehlende bzw. Defekte Beleuchtung insbesondere im Bad, ….und richtige Dreck überall, wo man nicht mit dem Staubsauger ohne Weiteres...

La pièce de vie permet à tout le monde de vivre ensemble. Accueil parfait et le tout avec de la neige et du soleil ! Nous avons pu profiter du site de ski nordique à moins de 5 min.Nous reviendrons ! "Maison agréable et spacieuse"

"Fantastic holiday. We were 8 people (2 families) and house worked great. Kids took the upstairs and the adults downstairs.Serge provide additional mattresses in two rooms so the kids did not need to share bed. House and pool were great especially as was +35 degrees for first week and location is really good. Serge also really helpful when we needed to get some medical treatment."
