"This property was unacceptable. I have been waiting since Monday for a response regarding this dirty, dark, problematic property. The staff told us 1/2 out of air-conditioning systems worked in our 2-bedroom apartment, when in reality, the A/C didn't work in the entire building. Then, another employee said, actually no A/C at all. Ceiling tiles falling out, non-functioning shower fixture. I will never use Expediat again until this situation is rectified and I am refunded for both rooms."

L'appartamento assegnatoci era molto grande (90 m2), con un bello spazio esterno privato, in cui si poteva anche mangiare. Gli arredi trasmettevano un clima familiare e, anche se non nuovi, risultavano comunque funzionali. Bellissima la piscina, attrezzata con sdraio e spazio per il relax."

"We had a lot of trouble finding the address as it was incorrectly addressed as 1719 not 17-19 so this needs to be improved to prevent others having the sane issue. The room could have done with a fan as it had no air conditioning but a fab would have helped instead."
