The calm and unspoiled beach is a 1-minute walk away. Even in the height of summer it is not crowded. Every evening magnificent sunset over the sea, facing the terrace.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable avec nos deux enfants et leurs conjoints et nos deux petites filles (deux ans et deux ans et demi). La maison est très bien située, proche à pied de deux plages de la Marine de Davia et pas très loin de la troisième plage : c'est pratique en fonction du vent. Madame Wilmouth est charmante et vraiment très attentive et prévenante. Les photos de la maison ne lui rendent pas justice : elle est vraiment beaucoup mieux ! Et quelle vue ! Un immense merci pour ce vrai temps de vacances familiales à L'Ile Rousse.

Belle villa en corse

Villa spacieuse, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer d’une des grandes terrasses, l’autre étant côté jardin. Bien situé pour aller du côté de Calvi ou côté st Florent. Seul inconvénient la plage la plus proche est envahie d’algues. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Superbe vue mer

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans la villa. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. On ne s'en lasse pas. Les différentes terrasses permettent de profiter de l'extérieur toute la journée. Les propriétaires sont vraiment à l'écoute et très réactifs. Une très bonne adresse pour découvrir la Haute Corse.

Magnifique vue

Super séjour dans cette superbe villa au bord de mer. Les 3 terrasses qui entourent la maison sont très appréciables pour profiter de l’ombre comme du soleil. On ne se lasse pas de la magnifique vue sur mer.

Maison très agréable

Idéalement placée dans la marine de Davia, cette maison est très fonctionnelle et permet de profiter pleinement de tous les moments de la journée, ombre possible du matin au soir. Le coucher de soleil est superbe, l'environnement très calme.

Belle villa dans un cadre magnifique

Villa spacieuse, avec un beau jardin qu’on ne se lasse pas de contempler. La salle à manger d’été est parfaite pour passer les heures les plus chaudes à l’ombre avec une petite brise, avant de retourner à la superbe plage juste en face.

Very nice vacation

We stayed there with the family (5 persons and dog) in June 2017. House is in good condition, spacious and with nice terraces and balconies - enjoyed the sundowner every evening. Location, very close to the sea with a natural beach, is great. Car is required as no shops in walking distance.

Maison parfaite !

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cette maison qui est tout à fait parfaite ! Elle est très pratique, fonctionnelle et confortable. La vue est époustouflante et la localisation idéale (la plage à pied, commerces très accessibles en voiture). Il y a un coin pour chacun dedans ou dehors, nous nous y sommes tous sentis très bien. Les propriétaires sont charmants et joignables si besoin. Nous avons vraiment passé trois semaines de vacances idylliques.

Séjour d'une semaine au top ! La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Plusieurs terrasses permettent de profiter du jardin à toute heure de la journée et la vue est exceptionnelle. Plages et terrains de tennis à proximité. A essayer d'urgence !

Jolie villa les pieds dans l'eau. Trois terrasses bien pensées qui permettent de vivre au rythme de la journée ! Très bien équipée, la maison est conviviale au calme dans la Marine...avec en prime terrains de tennis à disponibilité. Le tout couronné par un splendide coucher de soleil depuis une des terrasses.

la villa radieuse

J'ai bien aimé cette belle maison corse, contemporaine, située dans une marina privée, au bout d'une impasse et à 50 m de sa plage... Cà été formidable de prendre son petit déjeuner face à la mer, tous les matins ! La maison est bien agencée, la cuisine est vaste et face aussi à la mer. J'ai bien aimé la salle à manger d'été, toujours aérée même aux heures les plus chaudes. Le + : vue complètement dégagée sur la Méditerranée, les voiliers. Le - : vacances trops courtes !
