This old sheepfold has been restored with taste and a desire to choose meticulously its materials.
Not overlooked or nearby neighbors and extends on a large wooded property of 5000 m2 between the beautiful villages of Pigna and Corbara.
The Villa U Laziu is a unique house, of type «Pagliaghju», word Corsica that is used to mention an old sheepfold.
The character comes from the fact that it is entirely based in a lush nature, at the feet of the rocks. These same stones constitute the walls of the exterior but also of the interior of the building, guarantees of authenticity and ancestral know-how.

THE HOUSE :
Decorated and furnished with care, it has all the necessary facilities to make your stay more enjoyable!
Surface of 90 m2 composed of a large main room with fully equipped KITCHEN (induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) adjoining a corner DINING ROOM.
A cozy LIVING ROOM with TV.
A MEZZANINE that can be used as an office or rest area.
A large BEDROOM with a queen size bed (160x200cm), plenty of storage space and access to the outside.
A BATHROOM where you will find bathroom products made by local artisans.
2 toilets.
Fireplace not in use.

As the summer Corsica is hot, the accommodation is obviously air-conditioned.

THE OUTSIDE:
Because we also like to live outside, the Villa has a large TERRACE of 60m2 with outdoor furniture to eat or sunbathe
A BARBECUE is at your disposal.
An INFINITY HEATED POOL (temperature not guaranteed depending on low season weather).
A breathtaking VIEW on the open reliefs.

A deposit of 1000€ is to be paid on the day of your arrival (refund at the end of stay).

A welcome pack will be offered to you upon your arrival, consisting of regional products.
