Magnificent contemporary villa located between the Davia Marina and the village of Corbara. Ideal for a stay with friends or family, Villa Davia is ideally placed to discover the Balagne, its beaches and picturesque villages. The outdoor terrace, with a clear view, its garden and heated swimming pool will allow you to enjoy the calm and softness of the Corsican climate. The village of Corbara and the Davia Marina beach are a 5-minute drive away.

The villa has a surface of 100 m2 and its characteristics are:
- a master suite with a bed of 160x200cm and bathroom with shower and toilet,
- a bedroom with a bed of 160x200cm,
- a room with 2 beds in 90x190cm,
- a large main room with: lounge area, fully equipped kitchen/dining area: induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher,
- a separate toilet,
- sheets and towels provided,
- Very high-speed Internet.

The exterior consists of a large terrace with garden furniture, dining area and barbecue.
There is also a heated pool open from April to October, size 3mx6m.
Private parking.

Deposit: 2000€ to give the day of your arrival and to restore at the end of stay.

Schönes Haus in top Lage
Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße mit wirklich tollem Blick in Richtung Berge und Meer. Der Pool ist schön und die Terrasse ist mit bequemen Möbeln und Liegestühlen ausgestattet. Das Haus befindet sich in einer super Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Bergdörfer oder an verschiedene schöne Sandstrände. L‘Ile Rousse ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Kopfkissen waren sehr unbequem. Wir hätten gerne richtige Bettdecken gehabt und nicht nur ein dünnes Laken. Für diesen Preis haben wir außerdem eine qualitativ hochwertigere Einrichtung erwartet. Eine der Duschen war in der Ecke mit Klebeband geflickt. Eine gutes Messerset wäre wünschenswert.

Nous étions un couple d'amis avec enfant de 5 ans et une personne à mobilité réduite. La maison est de plain pied, 2 salles de bain avec douche à l'italienne et 3 WC. Idéalement situé à moins de 5min en voiture des plages et commodités. s'il faut noter un bémol, ce serait changer la plaque de cuisson.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons apprécié la villa et ses extérieurs, avec cette superbe vue. L'emplacement, proche de l'Ile Rousse, des axes et commodités, est très agréable. Le quartier est paisible. L'accueil et la relation avec Kyrnova ont été excellents. Merci encore à toute l'équipe qui a oeuvré pour ce beau séjour. Nous aurions apprécié être prévenus du passage de l'intervenant pour l'entretien de la piscine ainsi que des travaux survenus, dans le quartier, le samedi.
