"We had an absolutely wonderful week at this stunning villa! From start to finish, the experience was flawless. Communication with Louise was top-notch — always quick to respond, clear, and incredibly helpful. The villa itself was immaculate, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and private. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived and truly didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway. Highly recommend!"

"Fantastic room albeit needs some updating as do other areas of the hotel. However the position of the hotel, staff & ambience makes up for any shortfall in the cosmetics. Another great stay thank you. "

"Enjoyed our stay here. It's a smaller hotel (compared to the Coral Beach next door), so it's much quieter, especially as there are no children. The room was clean and comfortable, as was the rest of the hotel. The outdoor pool area was really well maintained and the staff were very attentive (perhaps a little too attentive?). However, the indoor pool looked a little 'tired', looking like it needed some attention. The breakfast buffet was varied and well-prepared. The hotel restaurant for evening meals, despite being very good, was at the expensive end at around €100 for two people for a two-course meal with wine. The local beach can be reached from the hotel, and there are plenty of other places to each or drink within a few minutes walk, or a 20-minute walk into the local town."

"Villa and grounds were really nice, pool was bigger than expected and just about warm enough without the heating on. Nice 15mins walk down to the beach, bars and restaurants. Lisa was lovely arranged cab from airport and back, really helpful. "

"We have just returned after a fab week at Villa Lucas. Great communication from owner Andy before our trip. Lovely welcome on arrival from Andy PPL property management. He took his time to explain everything and offer lots of helpful tips, despite us arriving late evening. The villa had everything we needed and was very comfortable and spacious. Excellent location for the bars and restaurants on Coral Bay strip and easy walk to the beach. Andy from PPS recommended Laourou Beach over coral bay. Great beach and excellent for snorkelling. Plenty of excellent restaurants. Our particular favourites were Les Amis, Phidias tavern and Corallo. This was our first visit to Cyprus but won’t be our last. We can highly recommend Villa Lucas."

"Lovely villa, very clean and had everything we required. Great views out to sea, a short walk to the bars and restaurants. I wasn’t aware how “English” Coral bay had become, if you like the English bars and full breakfasts this area is for you, if you prefer more traditional restaurants and bars there’s some lovely places further up into the hills just a short car ride away. "

"Having newly opened in May 2024 there is a fresh and polished feel to this hotel and spa. There is a relaxing and elegant energy around the hotel, the staff are warm, friendly and accomodating. There is an area of bars and restuarants close by with a convenience store too. However going all inclusive is a resonable option as the food at the hotel is plentiful and a good standard. All in all a fantastic stay is pretty much a guarantee."

"Excellent villa, only thing that wasn’t clear was on air con downstairs and just in bedrooms. Initially I thought this would be an issue but was not. The villa was lovely and clean and location was ideal. Yea you could hear the awful karaoke from the Main Street but was never an issue when going to sleep for me or the children. The travel cot wasn’t the best but when the issue was highlighted a new cot was delivered within the hour which was very impressive. All in all, a fantastic villa in a fantastic location. Would definitely stay again without hesitation. "
