"This was the second stay at this cosey cottage . Perfectly situated for walking into town and along the river . Beds comfortable with quality bedding. Courtyard garden was clean and tidy the frount door needs attention due to sticking and really having to push very hard to open and toiket seat is to small for pan which is a little off putting . The private Parking was easy and a bonus in Topsham . Would highly recommended this cottage . cold). Only o ) "

"We had a lovely few days staying in Barn Cottage. Nathan made us feel really welcome and provided us with all the info we needed. The cottage is gorgeous and has everything in it - from an arcade game machine to a popcorn maker. We loved it. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfy."

"We had a lovely stay here, was perfect with the playground on the doorstep and the summer house. My daughter loved it! The pool was perfect too and was a good way to spend the afternoon. Next to our lodge is a field perfect for catching the last hour on golden sunrays. Our host was very friendly and helpful, we certainly hope to come again in the future!"

"The bedrooms were perfect for 3 or 4 friends to share. The kitchen had everything needed. Its almost next to a pub with other lovely pubs within 10 mins drive. It was quiet and peaceful. "

"The property fulfilled all our needs. It was comfy and quiet. Unfortunately on the last night our car, with French registration, was scraped all along the side. Clearly, parking in a public square makes one more vulnerable to such incidents. In every other way the cottage was beautifully positioned close to the church, and not far from the pub and village shop. Although we had cold, grey weather, we enjoyed ourselves very much."

"Our family has a reunion of 13 people and we all had a wonderful time staying at the priory. It is so spacious and comfortable - almost all the rooms are en suite, there are big rooms for all to gather to eat or play games or socialize, as well as spaces for folks to have quiet time. "The cottage is located very near to the center of the village, which has everything you need for a long stay. The kitchen is well appointed but we did have problems with the overly sensitive smoke detector. Communication with Lisa was excellent. She responded immediately to any questions we had. The place is best suited for people who plan to spend most of their time outdoors walking and exploring, since it doesn’t have an outdoor patio or yard. "Only stayed for 2 nights but wished it was longer. A truly delightful little cottage with fabulous views from the front doorstep across Exmoor. Loved the little garden..weather was beautiful so we sat out in the sunshine, so relaxing and quiet. Beds were ultra comfy ( quality bedlinen which i love). All in all a lovely stay and we would definitely go back. Very friendly and helpful host who left us a little hamper on arrival, belgian buns, eggs, milk, butter, bread. Really nice touch. Loved it."
