Mountain Bike Crew!
We used this condo for our crew to host the Colorado State Mountain Bike Championships. Great setup just steps from the center village. Had everything we needed for our diverse group. We'll be back, thanks!

Property overall was great! Parking space was limited to 1 spot and the garage is tight. Had a couple of questions whole there and the management team was very quick to respond. Unit could use a little updating (cabinet doors, room doors- do not close/open correctly, master suite bath tub slow to drain). Otherwise unit was in pretty good condition). Would stay there again! Thanks!

No hot tub • Much of the furnishings look like they were obtained at garage sales in the 1970s. This isn't "vintage" this is old and worn out and in need of a remodel • Broken ice maker in refrigerator - reported but not repaired during our stay • No ski locker storage on first floor - skis need to be carried up to unit each night • No bench in the condo to sit on to take skis on and off - unusual to lack this in a ski condo * Unusual location of stairs in the hallway that makes bringing luggage to room with luggage cart impossible. This unit does not meet ADA standards • Access to garage requires getting out of SUV to access card key reader to open garage door • Dangerous ice build up on deck due to leak in deck roof that resulted in a slip and fall of a guest -- it took 2 days to have this repaired after it was reported • Relatively small TV for this large a condo * Wood burning fire place - which could be a plus but not apparently advertised as such. We requested firewood on Day 1 but none supplied until day 3.

Mid Feb 2024 Ski Trip
The location was great for skiing Copper and having many family and friends stay over. The place needs some updating for the price it charges. We couldn't locate the dining room light switch and had maintenance help. They didn't know where it was and mistakingly thought the fixture was bad and planned to replace it the next day. We finally located the switch, and maintenance never showed back up. No hot tub exists in this building, which should be made clear in the listing. There was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. No napkins either. If they're going to treat it like a hotel room, then at least stock more toilet paper. Other VRBO rentals usually have things like spices, foil, saran wrap, foil, and baggies left over from previous renters. This place was cleaned out of everything. First time I've ever encountered that. I liked that the showers had refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. However, not all were restocked. Again, if it's like a hotel room, then restock those things. For a place that sleeps 16 people, there should be more parking. The spaces are ridiculously small. Our friends stayed in the same building but with a different property management company. They were allowed to park extra vehicles in the Ten Mile garage for a daily fee, yet we were not. We had to park in Alpine for the same cost. Sky Run should allow extra cars to be parked at Ten Mile.
